“Set over 2 floors. This is a medium sized shop. Homeware upstairs, but the area is pretty small. Children's downstairs. Changing rooms available. Parcel return point. Men's Shoes and bags too. Till service was fast and efficient. Lift and stairs available. I cannot fault.”

“Great shop and you can get most things you need. It has recently had a refurbishment so looks nice clean and up to date and helpful staff. They also have self service tills so you can be in and out very quickly and I cannot praise them enough we are very lucky in Newport pagnell to have a wide choice of coops to choose from and are open most days and on a Sunday they shut at 4pm like most bigger stores. It is very handy to have another coop over the road when this happens.”

“I find customer service lacking generally across many businesses and sectors, for example a Tesco I go into regularly, staff are quick to get their mobiles out and not look up, or smile. First time visiting this store. Today using the cafe Nigel excelled, making us feel valued as customers, gave great customer service, communication and was attentive. “What can you say? It's Boots. Always good value for money. Pros: Friendly, helpful, polite staff. Swift checkout. Clean, well-kept. Always well stocked. Cons: only 2 parent and child spaces in the whole car park (not really Boots' fault, just a heads up, parents). Avoid the pharmacy counter on Tuesday & Thursday evenings - always, busy/long queues (a national shortage of pharmacists will do that, though).”
