“Recently visited a friend down in Sandy as he's mentioned the Ghandi before we ended up going for dinner on Sunday, was seated immediately, we ordered drinks were here straight away, food arrived shortly after ordering the potions sizes were absolutely on the money, and incredibly tasty, I was expecting an expensive bill at the end but I couldn't believe how low costing it was to feed 3 of us! Will visit again on our next visit!”

“Took the train from London to see Confidence Man at this great venue. Friendly security and bar staff.There's a cloakroom - just ask a member of bar staff and they charge £2 a coat in a locked room. Reasonable drink prices. With an 800 capacity I managed to be at the front just 4ft away from the stage.Much better than any big corporate arena as you're so close to the band,especially when Confidence Man are all about the energy,dance and interacting with the audience. For the first time I got sprayed with champagne as Sugar Bones does at every gig ..lol The security staff inside the club were friendly and approachable. Easy access to the toilets and bar. If the journey there and back wasn't so long - I spent more time on that than seeing the 2 bands( support one were good too) - I'd go more regularly as they put on a big variety of different genres. The sort of local venue thats died out all over the country - lucky Northampton to have a thriving local music venue. Also a great crowd - friendly and of all ages and up for a good time.Very enthusiastic joining on with singing and dancing.”

“We had a fantastic dining experience at Harvester today. We were served by Michelle, who was absolutely wonderful—friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The menu had some amazing vegan and vegetarian options. The grilled halloumi tacos were the absolute highlight—perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. “I’m so happy I found Doge Sushi—it’s truly some of the best sushi I’ve ever had. The owners are incredibly friendly and make you feel genuinely valued as a customer, which keeps me coming back. Ordering is super easy, and everything is made fresh to order, including their delicious sauces. Delivery is always quick, the food is consistently fresh and flavorful, and they’re great at accommodating even the pickiest eaters in my household. “Was an absolute pleasure coming here, honestly the best pizza I've ever had, such a great variety of pizza and pasta and such great service, I couldn't have asked for more, we were treated more like friends than customers which in my book goes a long way. You can either sit inside or outside which is covered, parking can be an issue but there is plenty of street park nearby, and the overall experience was excellent, if I could rate this 10 stars I would, so if your nearby call in you won't be disappointed and we will certainly be going back here. Thank you for a wonderful evening”

The place also looks great, nice dining area, but also lounge area for students to relax, meet, and work.. and the whole building looks lovely as the renovated train engine shed, even with rail tracks running down the middle!”

“Love love love!! What a great pub. We are first timers and came down to the Devvy last week for the 125th anniversary day and what an atmosphere, the place was jumping! All the bar staff and the owners were all dressed in outfits from different decades, it was fab! Very friendly too. Goats in Trees were our favorite, they were electric. “Heard about 5 Akhis (which means “five brothers”) and made the trip up from London to check it out… And honestly, it was worth it. The burgers are seriously scrumptious! We tried a mix: the Classic, the OG Classic, and the chicken burger called the Blazing Bird. Every one hit the spot. The loaded fries are another level… We went for the Chicken Strips Remix, which comes stacked with fries, cheese sauce and ranch sauce.. Proper comfort food! Prices are decent too: around £13–16 for a burger meal, and £7.99 for loaded fries that are big enough to share. The place itself is pretty small, only seats about 8–10 people max, so it’s worth ordering ahead because it does get busy. Service was really friendly, and you can tell they care about what they’re serving. I’ll definitely be going back! Highly recommend if you’re in the area and want a proper good burger”

“We sit in with company group of 11 people. The best tikka massala I had ever eaten, not hot, not spicy just sweet as it should be. Appatizer with mix of everything is excellent idea. Really recommend this place, perfect quality. Only the waiter was a bit "too much" talkative and I was a bit tired to him.”
