“Love this place! The food is amazing: freshly prepared and cooked, awesome quality ingredients-doubt you'd find a better quality fry up anywhere else locally, epic portion sizes too! The decor is truly unique. From Only Fools and Horses quotes and pictures to old hats, guitars and vinyls up on the walls. You'll struggle to not spot something new each time you visit. The staff are always friendly and helpful. All in all, my favourite way to start the weekend is a Jester's breakfast!”

“We was out with family for a event once we was hungry we decided to go to pizza time with our family once we ordered and the food was ready we decided to eat in, I must say best kebab pizza takeaway in Towcester! Very impressed, the kebab is a revolution, not greasy, the meat is perfectly cooked and tasty and the bread/salad/sauce is fresh, the pizzas was amazing tasted so fresh and high quality ingredients i must say our family loved it also the kids! A regular size here is in any other takeaway a large and the chips are gr8 too! Food was so delicious it was best we have ever had in ages and will definitely will be coming back everything was amazing also it was a very clean hygiene!”

“Had a fabulous lunch here. The food is exceptional, as is the service. The waitresses couldn't be any more helpful and friendly. Our main waitress, Gosia, was wonderful. We asked her if we could change a few ingredients in some of the dishes, which wasn't a problem at all. She made sure we had everything we needed, was funny and truly lovely. The ambience and lighting is very warm and welcoming. I'd highly recommend this Zizzi, at Rushden Lakes. 10/10!!!”

“We recently had an excellent meal at The Horseshoe. The food was delicious and all piping hot with decent portion sizes. The children’s food was just as delicious as the adults. We have dietary requirements due to allergies and the staff were all very good at checking with the kitchen what would/wouldn’t be suitable on the menu and what may have had contact due to cooking techniques. The service was friendly and welcoming, giving the feel of a homely pub. We will definitely be returning.”

“The prawn and chorizo special was really good. The service was friendly and helpful and the owner remembered us from last year. There were four of us and three of us enjoyed our pancakes, the other one enjoyed a sausage dish. This time two of us had waffles for dessert. The service felt so personal, something you don't find in bigger chain restaurants. There's a large vegetarian/vegan tapas menu as well as meats and fish so plenty to choose from. “Spot on! Worth the drive on a cold wet evening. There were four of us, booked of an early dinner that really did not disappoint. The service was very good and the food (main issue) was superb. Wexford mushrooms, croquettes and black pudding for starters; duck, beef shin ragu (unctuous) and parmigiana that was to die for. Definitely a big cut above the usual pub grub and the "gastropub" offerings. One to return to and we will. Thanks”

“We visited Aladdin Balti for the second time last night, and once again, we were extremely pleased. The aromatic flavors mesmerized us, and I highly recommend it. The taste of the dishes was as delightful as their presentation, and they truly stood out. The freshly made naan breads and the variety of herbs in the dishes were fantastic. Additionally, the friendly service provided by the staff was commendable. While the restaurant doesn't serve alcohol, guests are welcome to bring their own, which actually helps keep the overall cost down. Speaking of prices, they are already quite reasonable. This is a place I strongly recommend for anyone visiting Northampton.”

“Had a great meal at Pete’s Fish Bar in Ringstead, the food was fresh, delicious, and cooked perfectly. What made the experience even better was the fantastic service from April. She was warm, friendly, and really attentive, making us feel so welcome. Her excellent customer service truly stood out. Highly recommend!”

“Already busy at 6pm (although it was a Saturday so kind of to be expected) so there was already a nice atmosphere upon entry. No fuss in being directed to our table with a warm friendly greeting. The menu isn’t too extensive which is always a positive for me. Have enough choice but not bewildering so. The standout starter was the ribs. Great taste and just enough for a good portion but not too filling. The wings were ok but there are better out there. Steak time. We went for a 300 gram sirloin and the trio of steaks (small portion of fillet, sirloin and ribeye). The sirloin was tasty and cooked as ordered (rare) and the trio of steaks was bigger than expected and also cooked to perfection (medium rare). The sweet potato fries were very good as were the steak chips. The side order of mushrooms were the perfect accompaniment to our meal. We passed on dessert as we were already full. Very reasonable prices and the great staff just added to this as a recommendation from me. FYI there is limited parking on the high street so unless we missed the large carpark somewhere close it should be taken into account.”

“This little Thai family run restaurant was recommended by a friend. We are foodies, and were delighted to find the recommendation a good one. Very friendly welcome, spotlessly clean, good efficient service and delicious authentic food. Tim yum soup excellent, though it was hot enough to make my eyes water, the balance of spice and chilly was perfect and the meat was tender. Same for pNang curry, duck in plum sauce, and beef with basil. Fish for our vegetarian companion was perfectly cooked, and we'll presented. Pad Thai dish was fragrant and plentiful. Good value for money. Happy to go there again.”
