“Since moving to Newport Pagnell in August Farthing Brothers has become the go to spot for me and my partners coffee. Not only is the coffee top tier but Joel and Sam are always happy to see you and serve you with a smile. Grabbing a coffee always turns into a conversation which in my opinion is an ideal way to start any day.”
“A lovely little cafe with the nicest owners you could hope to meet. Charming to all the customers who arrived while we were there and impressively supportive to a customer with additional needs. The cake we had was delicious and the prices quoted on the menu were extremely reasonable. Do not be put off because this is not the most stylishly appointed venue and note that there are more tables to the rear.”
“The toasted sandwiches are amazing. My son loves the choc chip cookie (and drawing on their wall). Every chance we get we pop around there. There is a reason they're award winning.”
“The best food locally! Everyone is so welcoming! Stunning decor and a magical garden to enjoy. A must visit and i will be going back!”
“Absolutely loved our experience at Oblique! The food was simply amazing — every dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented. The hospitality was top-notch; the staff were attentive, friendly, and made us feel right at home. Special shoutout to the owner for being so welcoming and ensuring everything was perfect. Quick responses and genuine care made our visit truly memorable. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great food and exceptional service!”
“This is an excellent place for seasonal vegetables. They sell all sorts of foods in the shop, including pies and cheeses. The plants are excellent and are a lot cheaper than a garden centre and the staff are helpful and friendly.”
“We had a very nice time at the Mill Yard cafe. It was a Mother’s Day treat by our children. The service was excellent and the food was freshly cooked and delicious. It is a quaint cafe, situated in a beautiful side street. Thank you for a lovely time. Will surely be visiting again in the summer.”
“A real gem in Milton Keynes! Always incredibly welcoming, great coffee and generous portion sizes! We always struggle to leave without taking a slice of delicious cake or tray bake with us!”
“I really love to drink a coffee together with their pastries in this place! Very good place even when you want to buy good bread!”
“We had such a lovely experience at Enfes, the food was absolutely delicious, and the atmosphere warm and welcoming. A special thank you to Joanna, our waitress, who was so kind and attentive throughout. She checked in on us just enough without ever interrupting the flow, and made sure we were comfortable and happy with everything. We ordered the Mediterranean meatballs and the mixed döner plate, both full of flavour and beautifully presented. The service really added to the experience, friendly, thoughtful, and relaxed. Would definitely come back!”
“Breakfast was cooked well, good speed.. Service was good. Always a lovely place to have a catch up with friends.”
“Came with familiy and friends for my wifes 40th Birthday. Had an amazing time, great food and well looked after by the team.”
“popped in with my dad for a coffee as I love this place. staff are always friendly and welcoming and the coffees are delicious. didn't have any food this time but every time I have it's been very tasty. went in about 2pm and wasn't too busy and easily got a table.”
“I can count how many times with my fingers I have been to a Turkish restaurant. This restaurant is round the corner from the main market square and Waitrose, which are the main landmarks to me who is not familiar with St Neots. However, the quality of the food and service exceeded my expectation when comparing those Turkish restaurants which I have been to in London and Istanbul respectively. We went for the lunch menu (on a Saturday) - £13.99 for a two-course meal. I had battered calamari rings for starter. They turned out to be very crispy outside while moist and soft inside. Then I had chicken shish. The chicken cubes were so moist and tasty. I also ordered a 500ml bottle of Turkish beer to share with my friend. The restaurant's owner kindly gave us some bulgur to try. The restaurant was super clean as it had been renovated not long ago. I ended the meal with a well-presented slice of Banoffee pie. Will definitely go back to try other dishes on the lunch menu.”
