βGreat!!! Iβm receiving treatment for patellar tendonitis in my left knee. After years of pain and trying to get the NHS to help me I have ended up coming to Blackberry for PRP treatment (2 Injections so far). I can honestly say that after one injection the pain I have had for 3 years from just walking has disappeared. It has only been 4 weeks and I have gone back for a 2nd injection, so hoping for even better results, but the ultrasound looks promising. The staff friendliness, knowledge and treatment from the staff was really great. I saw Simon and he went through all the options available to me, and then carried out the treatment. I highly suggest visiting if you are in pain and need to speak to someone for more advice.β
βA fantastic gym and pool, great atmosphere and friendly people. Special shout out to life guard John, heβs the friendliest and most helpful person, even helping me in the gym and pushing me. He adds a sparkle to the place!β
βGreat pool. Easy to access. And very clean. I would recommend fixing some of the chairs in the spectators area as cracked and maybe a grab rail as stairs are steep.β
βI fully rate the swimming lessons my children have. Kerry and Pippa have been absolutely fantastic in their progression. Their lessons are very engaging and full of encouragement. They keep the lessons fun and always know what they need to focus on and develop. Thank you for your help and support ladies.β
βWe had a fantastic couple of nights stay here. Jackie and Mandy went above and beyond as well as the rest of the team - thank you! Room was lovely and the bed was very comfortable. Style of the hotel also beautiful along with the grounds. The food in the Eyas restaurant was a very special treat and delicious! The East Wing Lounge food was also fab. Breakfast was also a nice experience, new lovers of chai tea!! Castle Ashby gardens is also a short walk and free admission for guests - absolutely stunning and worth a visit. Would highly recommend the Falcon to anyone looking for a mini break and escape. We will be back again in future! Mollie and Josh xβ
βGood sports hall facilities and easy to bookβ
βWe discovered the health club had a soft play so immediately needed to visit, it is intimate enough to feel comfortable to sit back with a coffee and watch but also be able to quickly get involved if needs be. I am always on the hunt for these type of places as my little one loves soft play. My only regret is that I wish I found it sooner as itβs a short drive for me and the set up is perfect. We met some other Mumβs & their children so we all plan to use Liscombe soft play as a meeting spot. Definitely recommend βΊοΈβ
βJust had Christmas Lunch at the hotel. Canβt fault the food on any level, and the service team were really hard working and had a smile on their faces the whole day. An excellent day, well done!β

βIts a shame that trilogy will not be running the gyms in a few months. It was nice having such a wide choice of gyms and pools to useβ
βFriend lives there. Hall way spotless and well kept. Lovely front entrance, plants either side of parking areaβ
βI haven't used the Leisure Centre, but we visit regularly to use the outdoor space. There's a very well made pump track and skate park which is very family oriented and good fun for toddlers, young children, teens and adults. There's plentiful free parking and the outdoor play/skate area is always very clean and tidy. There are toilets and snacks available in the leisure centre, however it's a great place to bring a picnic in warm weather. There's not much seating outdoors and it can get windy here, so bring folding camp chairs - there's a nice sheltered spot to sit at the side of the leisure centre, facing the skate park which also catches the sun. The play park is good for young children, but not particularly challenging for older kids, but there's lots of space to run around or bring outdoor games. You can also access nice nature walks from here, but be careful not to get your car locked in the car park at closing time if you're exploring nearby.β
βOnly commenting on playing badminton there but staff are friendly, facility is clean and bright and not cold in winter.β
βWe recently moved to The Almere and the experience has been fantastic. The building is modern, clean, and has a great atmosphere. Everything we need is within walking distance, and the location is perfect for daily life. What really makes a difference is the amazing team at the reception. They've been incredibly supportive and welcoming since day one β especially Jasmine, Christina and Natalie, who always go the extra mile to help. We truly feel at home here and would definitely recommend The Almere to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live.β
βGreat gym! good equipment and friendly atmosphere. The sauna is perfect after a hard session, clean/ hot and relaxing. I recommend.β

βCadmanΒ Sporting (Northampton and Rugby guns) is integralΒ to the excellent Barby Shooting school. What immediately struck me was the friendly and engagingΒ atmosphere with a well stocked gun room and accessories shop. Ultimately, the quality of the buying experience is as much about the people.Β Special mention therefore to Matt, an RFDΒ with immense knowledge, whose friendly patienceΒ and unwavering support cannot be too highly commended. Always willing to help me, demonstrate the guns and go the extra mile. Also ably assisted by Jonti in the shop; an equally friendly font of knowledge and a great shotgun instructor. Highly recommended. Good people and the personal touchβ
βIt's ace I love it:-D It's the best gymnastics club I have been toβ
βGood Shop, I was served by SJ and she was very friendly and helped me to the right choice . Will definitely come Back. Lots of choices for presents with good pricesβ
βBeth and her team are running a truly fantastic service clinic for the community, offering top-quality sports therapy sessions. Their dedication, knowledge, and professionalism are second to none. Every visit is met with care, attention, and a genuine desire to help people recover, improve, and feel their best. The clinic embodies the high standards and excellence youβd expect from Bedfordshire University β a real example of how academic skill and community service can come together perfectly. Itβs inspiring to see such commitment and passion in action. I honestly couldnβt recommend them highly enough. An amazing team providing an amazing service. Thank you, Beth and team of students, for all the incredible work you do!β
βWe have been members for about a year now. My daughter was hesitant to go at first but absolutely loves going there to have fun but also learn. Her coach Jacob is fantastic! Tries his best to ensure the children have a go independently at all the different activities for the day. Really impressed with them.β
βFantastic holiday camp, the kids love it every time. There is a great range of activities on offer and the kids come home very happy!β
βI go to a hit class every Thursday the two sisters are brilliant. I really put you through the paces. We come out sweating great physical workoutβ
βI loved coming here. I came here last week with my wife, we went to the gym and went for a swim and it was nice and clean everywhere. You have a cleaner I think her name is Alisha? Not sure if thatβs how you spell her name but she was incredible absolutely my favourite staff member. I will be coming here a lot more often!! Highly recommend to come hereβ
βThis gym and golf resort is the best I've been too. Great classes and lovely pool. It's well worth the money. Food in the restaurant is also really nice.β
βWe just buy new uniforms . Shop clean and good stored . You can check sizes before buying which is very helpful.β
βWe got dragged, kicking and screaming, to the track play day at Bedford athletic stadium. 4 different sizes of trains to play with, including ride ons, hot wheels tracks, a bouncy castle, optional face painting and snack bar. It is wild!! Great fun, loads for us dads to help the kids with. I'm not sure when the next one is, but if you and the kids love trains, get booking!β
βI had a great stay at this hotel! Everything was very clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful β definitely 5 stars for cleanliness and service. The location is also very good (4 stars), close to many attractions, but it could use a few more parking spots for guests. Overall, highly recommended!β
βWe recently stayed at the Mercure, Milton Keynes, while visiting a friend. The hotel is immaculately clean, modern and in a great location. The staff were all super friendly and attentive. Our room was on the ground floor quite close to reception. And although the room was spacious and clean, we found the bed to be a tad uncomfortable, perhaps because it's a linked bed. Nothing major but worth noting. During the night there was a dripping noise, presumably from the air-conditioning unit, which again was bearable but could be an issue to some. We stayed in the autumn but I'm sure in the summer, the AC would be very welcome. The rooms were cleaned daily, although one day our room seemed to have been half done. Towels were changed and bathroom cleaned but the bed not made up or coffee sachets left. This was rectified by reception, so once again not a problem. The rooms have multiply sockets, with USB points which is a luxury in itself. We didn't eat in the restaurant but the bar food was delicious and more than ample. We have an EV and although the chargers weren't working while we were there, there were plenty of high speed chargers in MK. My husband and I would definitely stay here again, the issues I've mentioned are very minor so please don't let these out you off staying at this hotel.β
βIβve been using Shenley Church End Leisure Centre for 20+. Excellent customer service, plenty of facilities and great football pitch (perfect size for 7 a side with very competitive pricing). However, the centre is a bit dated. Shout to Mo on reception. Sheβs brilliant!β
