“Love this store and whenever we are in MK i try to visit. They have such beautiful furniture… expensive yes but some unique pieces that you just can’t find elsewhere. Unfortunately my last visit the downstairs where they had the sale items, the lights were switched off so we couldn’t really see anything. But I’m sure if we would have asked the sales adviser he would have switched them on. Staff always very helpful.”

“Nice place, easy to manoeuvre around. Always parking spaces outside as it's on a retail park. A toilet upstairs, and a lift is available for customer use. A small cafe upstairs too selling hot and cold food. Busiest times seem to be Saturdays... Many tills so service always seems to be fast..”

Constantly chasing them as too where my order was etc but had no luck. Popped into B&Q wellingborough and the lovely man ( Michael we think) Was so helpful and refunded me my money. “I hadn’t been to Pizza Hut for a while due to a poor experience in the past, but I decided to give it another try at a different branch. This location really delivered. The customer service was excellent from the moment we walked in, and the manager was lovely. I visited with my two boys as a little treat before they head back to school. We all opted for the buffet. The kids went for the full package, which included unlimited soft drinks, pizza, salad, and ice cream. I had the adult buffet meal. Altogether it came to £31, which I thought was good value, especially as fresh pizzas were brought out every few minutes thanks to it being busy. The restaurant was clean, the staff were attentive and helpful, and the salad bar was well stocked with fresh ingredients. The only downside is that you have to pay at the start via QR code. It even prompts you to leave a tip there and then — but why would I tip before I’ve actually experienced the service or food? Unfortunately, that means you can’t tip the team afterwards, which is a shame as they work very hard.”

“Fab customer service. The lady who looked to be the manager or person in charge was so friendly at 9 am on a Saturday morning, even made a point of speaking to me as leaving the shop. The lady who served me dressed as a 'cracker' was fab also, really friendly and polite. All staff looked happy to be there, which I know is hard as retail can be a very horrible place at times.”

“Really great service and the quality of the log cabin is better than expected! I think the idea of a 'self build' initially had us concerned, but for anyone else having that concern I would say don't think twice. The delivery time was advised as 6 weeks, but was ready for delivery within 1 week of ordering which was a nice suprise. The instructions were easy to follow and the videos on YouTube were very helpful. We purchased a Terminator Log Cabin 3m x 3m, and added an additional side window. The 2 guys on delivery were very helpful and nice, dropped on the curb we which knew as per the guidance online and we unpacked and carried into the back garden, took around 30 mins so not long at all. The build itself was easy enough, hardest bit was getting it square really. Took 2 of us around 2 days to build (not DIY experts). We found the video on YouTube of the Dunster House staff building the terminator cabin useful, although it's not meant as an instructional video. The quality of the materials is fantastic, thick logs which provide a lot of insulation. We had some warped pieces, but spares are provided so we were able to discard the warped ones. It's been built now for a month or so and it has begun to 'settle', with the odd bit of movement in the logs, but nothing that we can't knocked back in. 1 piece between the door and window seems to have cracked, which is a shame since the quality overall is good, but since it's in the middle of all the logs there isn't much we can do about it, short of dismantling the whole cabin. Overall a really great experience with Dunster House and fully recommended to anyone who is unsure on level of service or quality of product.”

“I did write a quite poor review about a member of staff a few weeks ago ( i unfortunately did not get her name just her attitude )!! SO I now have to write a new one for the complete opposite reason. I was fortunate enough to get a very pleasant young lady Janharna ( I think ) directing customers to self checkout or for any returns etc to go to a member of staff on the tills. I had several requests which were all handled easily & with good knowledge from Janharna. Firstly I had items to return, I had new items to purchase & also asked if they did a short leg in some trousers I had taken to the checkout with me. I was kindly instructed to return & purchase my items at a manned checkout & then Janharna said she would help me to look on line through the app to check if the trousers were available in a short leg. Whilst I was at the tills several other customers were directed by Janharna. Very efficient knowledgeable friendly & able member of staff you have there, you need to make sure you keep her!! Satisfied customer.”
