“As always Hilton was fab. What really stood out about this location was the staff, don't get me wrong they're always lovely. We had our 2 yr old with us, when checking in the ladies at reception moved our room to the ground floor as lifts were being serviced when we came. So thoughtful, saved us a lot of trouble. They offered lego, crayons to colour with, and wordsearch for little one. Breakfast the team were attentive, again they saw little one and asked if we would like children cutlery and brought it out. Another staff member came over and let us know they could do waffles or pancakes for little one. We went with pancakes and he loved it! Same staff member (I'm cross with myself that I didn't get her name) when we getting ready to leave asked 'will we be seeing you for breakfast tomorrow?' We were just there for the night, she asked if we had plans for the day, my husband was taking our little one to a kids play whilst I had to go to work. Which she gave some solid recommendations on, glad she did because the place she'd said had been amazing. We were at Hilton in Bath earlier this year, this extra care from the staff didn't happen there. Again please don't misunderstand they had been lovely. But this level of care is what made my husband and I say we won't be bothering with any other hotel when we visit Northampton now. I know...long winded. But this family of 3 was very grateful and I truly wanted to convery that. Thank you!”

“Had an amazing meal here this evening the food was beautiful and the staff were so friendly and accommodating would definitely recommend and will definitely be eating here again. “This store has a wide and varied selection of whiskies (my personal favourite) and other drinks. The staff are excellent and knowledgeable too. You may find the odd whisky slightly cheaper at a supermarket, but those places cannot match the range J Wadsworth has. Highly recommended!”

“This is one of the best full English breakfasts I’ve had! All quality ingredients, served swiftly and with a smile and genuine warmth cooked to perfection from the chefs at the open kitchen. Couldn’t ask for anything more! Oh and the coffee is really good too (and we are total coffee snobs!)”

“Popped in for lunch and had a lovely meal. Highly recommend the mushrooms on toast, and the chips were smashing. Slight problem with the battered fish, but the staff were very apologetic, and happy to put things right :) nice touch that the chef also came out to check in with us. P.S. They're dog friendly in the bar!”

“Such a lovely setting. Lighting,cleanliness and just the right amount of attention from staff. Not to mention the food came out in great time and subtle flavours of the classic dishes are just heavenly. I love the decor and choice of tablewear. Lovely roaring fire and great beers on tap to boot.”

“We had a wonderful time at Restaurant Azita! The menu offers a wide variety of dishes, all delicious and generously served. The service is attentive yet discreet, and the warm, cozy atmosphere makes you want to stay longer and enjoy another cocktail. Definitely worth a visit — even with kids!”

“Probably one of the best ranges of wines in the area, let alone just Toddington, some absolutely delicious malbecs, also benefits from a recent refit. Some may feel a bit too far to walk, being on the edge of the village, but worth the effort”

“My cousin and I have been for afternoon tea here twice now and will definitely go again. The homemade cakes and sandwiches were delicious. The restaurant and location is lovely but the staff really set it apart as nothing is too much trouble and they were all lovely and very welcoming.”

“I have to be totally honest this is got to be one of the best chineses I've had for a long time. It was really reasonably priced and when we got home it was tasty delicious I couldn't fault the meal all. The lady that served as behind the counter was so polite very attentive and are Chinese only took 10 minutes. I would definitely go back here again value-for-money and exceptionally tasty food the chicken balls were crispy light and piping hot the duck and the pancakes were delicious and the chowmein was fantastic and it wasn't greasy at all. all which is a win-win for me. Will be definitely going here again for a takeaway thank you so much for a lovely dinner. And absolutely love the fortune cookies and I taste really nice as well.”

“Always a great atmosphere and Andrew never disappoints with his monthly specials menu. Last night we enjoyed the Wednesday steak night which is fantastic value for money at £16 for a rump steak , chips , mushrooms, tomatoes and a medium glass of red wine. All served by the staff who enjoy working there .”

“We had a really good Indian meal here, the food was spot on and it was really buzzing. Service could have been a little faster but that's a really minor issue as everything else was absolutely spot on. My mate is a local and he reckons it is the best around.”

“Went to the Four Pears for a business lunch yesterday and had an amazing steak! It was cooked to perfection and the only problem was I wanted more! I had to leave for a meeting but the person I was with had a sticky toffee pudding that he said was divine. Definitely go here if you haven’t already.”

“The food is always awesome! Can highly recommend the ‘16 hour pulled smoked brisket’, it was mind blowing, full of amazing flavour. But all of the food we had was superb. The service was also fantastic and great atmosphere and cool graffiti covering the walls. All in all it is well worth a visit here! A+”

“We held my brother’s wedding celebration at The Woolpack Inn this afternoon and couldn’t have been happier with the experience. We wanted a relaxed, family-style buffet for a small wedding gathering, and it was absolutely perfect. The food was far better than we expected, plentiful, beautifully presented, and with a real touch of luxury. The service was outstanding; every member of staff was polite, attentive, and genuinely caring. Nothing was too much trouble, and every little detail was looked after. A small issue arose during the afternoon, and it was dealt with kindly and professionally, a real credit to the team. Special thanks to Dan, the manager, who was a pleasure to deal with throughout the booking process and so helpful on the day itself. We would highly recommend The Woolpack Inn for any small celebration. They helped make our family day truly special, and we’ll definitely be back soon to dine in the restaurant.”

“I usually order online but I came in store the other day and took away sushi with salmon sashimi and seaweed, this place genuinely does the best sushi around and the staff are so friendly and welcoming the food always tastes fresh and delicious, thank you very much! I definitely recommend”
