Room was smart and well equipped and clean as was the bathroom. The 24 hr coffee machine in the lounge area was very welcome. Big shout out to Molly for sorting a problem out for us. On Friday 25th September I needed an urgent prescription for dressings for a leg ulcer, unfortunately my surgery had not forwarded the correct prescription to the chemist. I explained my problem to Tina, one of the staff, and also the the young man who was working preparing the prescriptions. They immediately came up with an alternative dressing which was perfect. I was quite stressed about this and also concerned but their actions solved the problem and left me with a stress free weekend.
