Totally dumbfounded, this young lad jumped to my rescue, when he could hear me asking a random, reluctant stranger, for use of his. This young man, sorting trollies, didn't want to see me stranded, he said. I'm very grateful to him. His whole demeanor was friendly and helpful. B and Q had hired well. As for my hubby, being a man if a certain age, he had gone to find a public convenience. Men!!”

Constantly chasing them as too where my order was etc but had no luck. Popped into B&Q wellingborough and the lovely man ( Michael we think) Was so helpful and refunded me my money. “My Washing machine happened to break down and I was going to buy a new one. I done a google search and happened to find the AZRental website which explained the benefits of Renting apposed to buying. I did not know it was possible to rent a washing machine any way, I made a telephone call to AZRental and spoke to an extremely helpful lady who told me about the service that AZRental offers. She told me how I would be covered with a service where if I was unfortunate that my machine broke down I would be able to have an engineer call out to me within a couple of days of me reporting the fault and if he could not repair it he would replace the machine on the spot and this was all included in the rental price. I decided to take out a contract with AZRental and must say I have been very happy with the fast and professional service I have had so far. Thanks AZ....”
