“I have used this shop for many years and can recommend it very highly. It’s recently had a bit of a facelift and is much the better for it. Bait is always good and have always been able to get anything I’ve needed with all major brands stocked. Highly recommended and much loved tackle shop.”

“Plenty of parking outside. Open at the weekends. A medium sized store selling outdoor equipment, from furniture to fire pits, hot tubs ( including installation ) and a camping section. I find the prices to be more than reasonable in this store and they currently have a sale on. Outdoor clothing available too. Basically anything Outdoor and this is your store. Definitely worth a visit!! ( Cafe and toilets available within a 3 minute walk in shopping complex ... )”

“I rarely leave reviews but the customer service at Schu, Rushden Lakes is exceptional. From our point at entry (on a super busy Saturday), we were attended to almost immediately by a friendly staff member who measured all three of my children for school shoes. Another lovely staff member went on to supply us with no less than 5 different pairs for selection, and thoroughly checked the fit too. We left the store only to return about an hour later when a third member of staff processed the sale. Every single person was so incredibly friendly , welcoming and attentive. Customer service levels you’ll rarely find elsewhere… absolute breath of fresh air! Thank you!”

My wife always finds something stylish without breaking the bank, and my son loves checking out the kids’ section—there’s always something fun or comfy for him. The store is well-organized, prices are fair, and they’ve got a great mix of fashion, basics, and homeware. Staff are friendly and approachable, and even during busy hours it never feels chaotic. “I did write a quite poor review about a member of staff a few weeks ago ( i unfortunately did not get her name just her attitude )!! SO I now have to write a new one for the complete opposite reason. I was fortunate enough to get a very pleasant young lady Janharna ( I think ) directing customers to self checkout or for any returns etc to go to a member of staff on the tills. I had several requests which were all handled easily & with good knowledge from Janharna. Firstly I had items to return, I had new items to purchase & also asked if they did a short leg in some trousers I had taken to the checkout with me. I was kindly instructed to return & purchase my items at a manned checkout & then Janharna said she would help me to look on line through the app to check if the trousers were available in a short leg. Whilst I was at the tills several other customers were directed by Janharna. Very efficient knowledgeable friendly & able member of staff you have there, you need to make sure you keep her!! Satisfied customer.”
