They had all the equipment for our young player and had gear all the way upto established first class players, Boundary had it all. The team have a great cricket knowledge and were able to assist us with all our queries. A definite go to for all our cricket needs.”

“I needed to exchange my brand new pair of women's Nike trainers in white, for black ones, which my son had purchased for me from JD in Telford, as a gift. And so I phoned JD in Sutton. From start to finish of our conversation, the lady was very precise in asking me the relevant info about the product to be exchanged and within minutes, was able to confirm that they had the size and colour of my preference. I was over the moon. And so it was when I arrived at the shop. The young lady at the till didn't waste any time in punching the figures from my original till receipt into the till ... no time-wasting questions, no ifs or buts and before I knew it, she was handing me the black trainers which was neatly set aside behind her with a note stuck to it for my collection. The entire process, very much like the phone conversation, was a breeze, and handled very expertly and pleasantly yet professionally. Double whopper I thought, and decided to add to this experience by shopping for another pair for a friend. The young staff members present in the shop immediately set into action to get me the size I'd asked for as it wasn't on display. And they got it pretty quickly. All were efficient, helpful, pleasant ... ensuring I, the customer, had an overall satisfactory experience. And I did, due to which I felt encouraged to get a second pair from the same shop. And it was on offer! Customer service certainly matters and this group of young ones did a great job in accomplishing it. The shop itself may be seemingly small yet it had more than enough varied selections of shoes, sportswear, accessories etc. Thank you and well done to JD Sutton Team. I'll be back :)”

Sports direct. com uk number one!!! went to get the mug came out a new man. never experienced such an electric atmosphere and dashing staff in one place. wanted new londsdales to walk the dog and was blown away by the amazing service. Manager girl seemed extremely moody for someone working in the uks best store. If i was her i’d cry everyday out of happiness. An asian boy with glasses and another black guy with a bald head absolutely amazing help. Till staff with beard and glasses even sold me the best carrier bag alive. Might let my son use it as his school bag. Nike t shirts extremely short my belly was hanging out the bottom. if they have any vacancies i’d quit my job to work here! forget spending money on a holiday to spain, save it and come and spend in this gem of perry barr. i reckon this is the reason they got to host the commonwealth games here.
