“Great guys, helpful. Called around so many car breakers for honda civic doors in black, some had them but not in black and some were too far out, luckily found Japanese car breakers in bedford. The guys got the doors in the car for me, secured them and even offered me water because it was a hot day. Will definitely be coming back for more parts. Well priced parts too, thanks again.”

“My wife and I visited Bedford on 30/9/23, our first visit for several years. We wanted something to eat and saw Zaza, which wasn't there on our last visit. We crossed over and looked at the menu and decided to venture in. We are pleased we did ! I had an English breakfast with black pudding as an extra and my wife had a jacket potato with cheese. My plate was full and I gave my wife one of the rashers of bacon and a slice of black pudding to go with her jacket potato. The meals were excellent and nicely cooked. Our server was nice and friendly and she said they have been open for about a year, when I asked. It will probably be a long while before we return to Bedford but we certainly hope Zaza is still there so we can eat there again.”

“I find customer service lacking generally across many businesses and sectors, for example a Tesco I go into regularly, staff are quick to get their mobiles out and not look up, or smile. First time visiting this store. Today using the cafe Nigel excelled, making us feel valued as customers, gave great customer service, communication and was attentive. This bucks the trend of society really and where great customer service is rare.”

“Had a lovely late lunch here today! The food was good for the price, I had a chicken burger, which was cooked well and very crispy with flavourful chips! The mango smoothie and chocolate and raspberry milkshake were also better than expected. The whole café had a great atmosphere, despite being in a busy supermarket and the service was fantastic! Reeve was our main server today and he was great! Really polite and provided fantastic service, with knowledge of the food as well as his own opinion”

“Best little local supermarket I’ve ever been in! Stocks everything from the usual branded stuff to a fresh counter with local items for both immediate eating and the cupboards at home. There’s some fresh machines for orange juice, a coffee machine and great locally made cakes too. Staff are always friendly, all the prices reasonable, It’s the perfect local shop!”
