“I’ve been shopping at Argos for over 40 years since I was a teenager and have seen many changes, many branches close and the amalgamation into Sainsbury’s stores, but, I still keep buying from Argos for one reason, and that is the customer service. In particular, and I’ve been meaning to provide this review for some time now, Argos Fairfield Park. The customer service that I’ve experienced from staff like Calum and his team including Zoya and Cyprian, has been exemplary. Yes, I could easily buy products online and sometimes get those items cheaper, but, if there’s any issues where I may need to speak to someone or even just gain some further assistance in making a decision as to which brand or model of an item to go for, it becomes more difficult, so, I have no problem with going into Argos Fairfield Park to speak to Calum about a product as he’ll always spend the time and patience to help me establish exactly what I’m looking for, and this is worth it for me. Calum and his team seem to be customer focused and will go that extra mile to ensure that I’m welcomed into the branch and demonstrate by their actions that I’m a valued customer. As such, I was compelled to write this review due to my positive experience, so, well done to Calum and the rest of the team, you’re all a credit to Argos, so please keep up the great work. Quite a few elderly people came in on their own, and I was very impressed with how friendly the staff were to them, taking the time to stop for a chat, bringing drinks over them if they couldn't manage to carry them, and generally checking in that they were ok.”

“I rang in advance and spoke to Rob about looking for replacements for my old turbos and getting some new quads for a mate, he’s a lovely guy very knowledgeable and happy to share his wisdom. We traveled 2hrs and parked in a free multistorey car park, had a 5 minute walk to where Rob was happy to welcome us into his wonderful shop. We were after skates and there’s plenty to choose from. As I said Rob is very knowledgeable, he helped get our skates set up with the right wheels and bearings, I also treated myself to a set of hockey laces before we left. I have since been back with my partner to get her first set of quads, Rob was patient and happy to get out a range of skates for her try on. If you’re in Bedford take advantage of what this guy has to offer, he’s got events on in your area, don’t miss out on what’s on your door step.”

“what a fab little shop on site, for if you need anything extra for your holiday. it’s rather expensive but that’s to be expected on a holiday resort. it was a 15 minute walk from our cabin which i thought was really convenient! the staff that we spoke to seemed really nice. will definitely return again if we need to get anything else!”

“A quaint, family run cobblers nestled just outside Bedford town centre. The staff are friendly, polite and ever so helpful. Thier wares are of the highest calibre, providing classic, timeless shoes, shoe care and good quality repairs with a level of service that is hard to find these days. They are, without reservation, the best store of thier kind for miles around. I have been a patron for many years, as has my father, and I will continue to be for many years to come!”

“After a dreadful experience trying to place an order online and being told to wait 72 hours before trying again, I visited the Kempton branch near Bedford to try and purchase the items I required. I spoke with the Assistant Manager, Ben White, who was so helpful and professional in dealing with my complaint, that I would give him 10 stars if I could! With Ben's assistance, I managed to purchase most of the items that I wanted. However Boots need to update their online website inline with other retailers who can resolve ordering problems immediately. WELL DONE Ben, you restored my faith in shopping at Boots again.”
