From the initial phone consultation right up to me leaving the clinic she was tremendously warm and friendly and made me feel super comfortable despite being extremely frightened and anxious! the removal was quick and painless and I was kept well informed the entire time of what was going on. There was another gentlemen present and helping who, unfortunately I did not get the name of, but he was also extremely cheerful and compassionate and had a great attitude! “After having my blood pressure measured and a blood sample taken by a very pleasant and professional nurse I was asked by her to make an appointment for a medication review. After a number of texts over the course of several days in which the result of each test e.g., cholesterol level, B12 level etc. was given I waited for my medication review. The review was undertaken over the phone by a Clinical Pharmacist. After introducing herself she patiently explained in detail exactly what the test results were. We then discussed the regular medication that I take. She asked various questions relating to my medication e.g., when do I take the tablets, are there any side effects etc. The whole experience was undertaken in a manner which made me feel that I was being treated as a valued patient and not just a name on a list.”
