“What a find! I booked to stay at The Dial House for my husbands birthday and a visit to the Blickling Christmas lights. What a fabulous time we had! The Italian Palace room was perfect. Clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. We ate at the Laid Back pizza restaurant which was fantastic. The bakery for breakfast was a clever link to the hotel. In fact the whole set up of having everything in one building is original and works very well. We are now planning to return and to try one of the other beautiful rooms. They were always very responsive, and even came out on the same day to give us a quote for the work. They turned up on time, and were considerate in our house, E.g. I work from home, and they kindly never played loud music. If ever we had an issue, like with an item turning up damage, or we had an issue with a leak one evening whilst the work was going on, they dealt with everything quickly and professionally. Shaun was able to match the colour to existing kitchen cupboards and also make doors that are identical to those on my kitchen cupboards. He is a tidy worker , arrived promptly to do the work and I was so impressed that I have since had him back to make some fantastic scaffolding shelves for my utility area and boys bedroom.
