Main surprise was how many of the sweets and noodles from the videos are from their shop I felt bad they didn't tell me sooner. Great shop really good for getting a good level of quality for what you pay. Also stuff for cooking lots of dinners but another is another time I could really spend all day in there.”

“We discovered Bella Napoli whilst holidaying in Suffolk. We were really pleased to find an authentic independent Italian restaurant and was very impressed with the extensive choice on the menu, it was very hard to pick what to go with as so many dishes I wanted to try! In the end my partner and I both opted for a pizza over pasta; he went with a pepperoni one and I went with a create your own with chicken, pepperoni, onion and basis. There was lots of toppings to choose from. When the food arrived it looked delicious and it tasted really good. There was plenty of flavour to it and the ingredients seemed really fresh, the pepperoni slices were stand out! They were both very reasonably priced too at around £10 each which is cheaper than most other pizza restaurants, even chain ones which are not as good! There were 3 sizes to choose from. The staff were friendly and the decor inside was clean and modern. We both really enjoyed our visit to Bella Napoli and really hope they will open up a restaurant in Norfolk next!”

“The Rose has a deli counter where you can buy cheeses, cold meats, pork pies etc. Pay £1 per person and they serve up your deli items on a board with crackers and chutney. What you don't eat, you take home. We had a lovely little catch up with our friend in the relaxing courtyard. We drank Aspel's cider, clearly the best quality draft cider around, (it's so disappointing that so many pubs have switched to the inferior Inches) and what could have been nicer than than a round if cheese and biscuits to finish the session. The pub is dog friendly and the staff worked hard to ensure everyone had an enjoyable visit.”

“Brought an Innokin T22E in April from here. The chap was really helpful and recommended it based on my budget. He even spent time with me showing me how to do things like change the coil, and set it up for me so it was ready to use straight away. He told me about not using the fast chargers, and to only use a 5 volt 1 Amp charger to charge it otherwise it would damage the battery. Been in several times for new coils and liquids and have been made very welcome in the store, and even when I've had a quick question they have been very helpful.”

“I love The Whisky Shop Norwich. Mainly because it's like a little slice of Edinburgh's Royal Mile without it being 7 hours away. Customer Service is quality. Everyone is very friendly and knowledgable about the products at hand. Ultimately, it is a small shop with not many staff on the books. So some 1 star bandits need to bear in mind that the knowledge at hand is going to be a limited resource and some patience is needed for it. Can't really fault them for it. Pricing is always going to be a little steeper than online. But I've been in countless times to browse and been offered many tasters that I've never had to pay a penny for. Something you can never do online! I've bought a lot of whiskies online based on reviews and tasting notes. And then you pop the cork out, and it's not what you expected it to be. Staff have always been really chatty and friendly with me, and always just seem very genuine in sharing their love of a wee dram.”

“Down from London for the week I forgot my falcon coils, popped in to huff and puff and was surprised to see such a vast array of juice and they had my coils. Great service at a reasonable price.”

“Lunch Experience at Jarrod’s Pantry Today, I had the pleasure of enjoying my favorite pie for lunch at Jarrod’s top-floor Pantry restaurant. At first, I was ready to leave as I wasn't in the mood for another carvery. However, I spotted the steak and kidney pie on the menu and couldn’t resist! I went back to the counter and chose a delightful meal of boiled and roasted potatoes with fresh vegetables, paired with a refreshing bottle of mango juice. The pie was generously filled with steak and kidney, and the potatoes and vegetables were cooked to perfection. It truly made for an enjoyable meal! In total, my lunch cost £17.30, which kept me satisfied for the rest of the day. Jarrod’s is a relatively large restaurant, quite popular with the older generations. The staff-to-customer ratio is nearly always spot on, ensuring excellent service. Plus, there are several car parks within walking distance, making it an ideal place to meet up with friends or, like I did today, enjoy a meal alone.”
