“We visited Clickers Archery on 24.06.25 after making an appointment with Damien to try the Matthews Elite Bow in a 34, 36 and 38.  After shooting each one we decided on a 36 and a 38 for John.  Damien set both the bows up to mirror our TRX 38's.  The appointment took up the whole day.  Big thanks to Damien for his expertise and patience, Abby for keeping the coffees flowing, Oscars for taking my post, Graham for listening to John all day when he was trying to work and finally Lemmy for sharing his space and toys with Betty Boo.  We cannot recommend Clickers Archery highly enough the staff and service received were second to none.  Thank you again for a great day Polly Davis lV (if you know, you know!), John and Betty Boo.”

“I drove up in convoy to CTL yesterday with one of my fellow members of the North Kent Lotus Group for a Classic Team Lotus Workshop Tour . We were greeted by Richard Parrimint, whose involvement with Lotus Cars and Team Lotus goes back over 30 years and were treated to a comprehensive tour of the CTL Workshop, with an extensive selection of Lotus competition cars, ranging from Graham Hill's Lotus 12, to a modern racing version of the Emira, with many significant grand prix cars inbetween, including most of the championship winners, as well as a replica of Colin Chapman's first ever Lotus trials car, based on an Austin 7 and a small number of road cars. Richard is a lifelong Lotus enthusiast and is highly knowledgeable about the marque, as well as being a great raconteur, with many amusing and sometimes poignant anecdotes about the Lotus drivers and team personnel, so our two hours passed quickly. My only criticism is that we were not offered the promised photo opportunity with one of the grand prix cars, but as Richard was on his own and had no one to help him wheel one outside, allied to torrential rain during our visit, this was not possible, but photography is nevertheless permitted throughout the tours. There was also an opportunity to purchase goods from the CTL giftshop at the end, which is well stocked with clothing, accessories, books, models and prints. In summary, a most enjoyable day and well worth the journey from South East London. If you haven't already done so, you simply have to book yourself on to a CTL Tour - you will not be disappointed.”

From the very first email I sent, Libby Ferris were caring, helpful, understanding and really listened to what we wanted (and what we didn't!). It never felt like we were "just another job" and the four pieces they did for us - two based posies, a coffin spray and a floral name arrangement - were beautiful. “Anna and her team are absolutely fantastic! From the very first moment in her studio, we felt her passion for weddings and making people's visions into reality! We arrived having shared a link to a Pinterest board of some ideas we had found. We wanted to go for a more foliage-based style with the odd white flowers. Anna had looked at everything we had put together and already had a great selection of beautiful leaves which added variety and really complimented the look we were going for with the venue. The final results were stunning! One of the things that really stood out was the foliage chandeliers. We really loved the images we had seen of these but to see them in real life and hanging up was something else! I have to also mention the fantastic collaboration they did with our other suppliers, especially our wedding baker to produce an amazing looking cake that fit right in with our design. In a nutshell, if you are planning a wedding in Norfolk - these are your florists! Thank you so much!”

“I had done a small Tri and wanted to improve my bike time, so I went to tri harder for advice on whether to buy some new wheels and aero bars for my nice road bike, (I thought a TT bike would be over my budget). Ben advised me on many different options and even offered to set up a TT bike for me to try. I am not very flexible and 62. Amazingly i was able to get comfortable, fairly aero and maintain power. I had a strict budget, but was able to buy an Argon 18 with DT swiss wheels. Ben did an amazing bike fit, and i am able to go back for adjustments as I get used to it (all part of the deal). Nothing was too much trouble. Ben and his team were extremely helpful and patient, always giving me great advice. My new bike has made a huge difference: it's much quicker, more fun and way cooler than any of my other bikes.”

“FAB customer service from Gwen!!! I love going into Indigo, it always has a friendly, welcoming feel. But today I went in on the off chance of a jewellery change, which Gwen accommodated pretty much straight away. Sadly, my hoop was too small, so Gwen kindly offered to measure my piercing for future jewellery. After talking about the difficulties I’d had with my piercing, it felt like the best thing to do was to have my ear pierced again. Gwen was so kind and knowledgeable and once I’d decided that was what I wanted to do, she offered to do the piercing there and then. I didn’t feel any pressure, but her advice made it an easy decision. She did a fantastic job and my new piercing is already less painful than my existing one. Just such a lovely person, she didn’t make me feel rushed - I felt valued and she made it a really personable experience, definitely not the level of service offered by all parlours in Norwich! I’ll be asking for her personally when I inevitably go back to Indigo - Thank you Gwen!! ”

“I was away in Norwich for a week and my first Sunday disaster. Went to Fast Fit in Salhouse rd and Sandy solved the problem. Temporary repair Sunday to keep me safe and Monday fitted a new back box and tailpipe. The service I received was second to none. While in the waiting room I observed how these guys treat their customers. Total respect, empathy and they explain everything making sure the customer understands their situation. All businesses should operate this way.”
