“We had a very good time here, the smoked haddock chowder was lovely and the prawn spring rolls were delicious. We also had as a main course the crispy pork with red sauce with jasmine rice and the Tai style Roast duck with egg fried rice were also good and decent portions for us. The only downside was that the above and a bottle of wine cost a total of £80.00 which I find is more of a special occasion restaurant rather than a monthly treat. Although this was a very nice meal.”

It's really nice to see how they've turned the place into having a proper local feel to it. Can't fault it at all. They even serve dog beer for our four legged friends. After difficulties in finding the Miele induction hob I was considering, anywhere in stock, I rang their technical helpline to ask a few questions (so many models).These were knowledgeably answered. Hob in stock and at a competitive price, so I then ordered it online late that afternoon (Sat). Delivered 7:00am only 3 days later by very friendly helpful guys who unpacked hob with us to assure that hob was in perfect condition. Will definitely buy here again.”

The food was incredible, I went for the tofish tacos and as it was Friday I got this plus a pint for £12. Food was very nice and we didn't need to wait too long, outside area was packed which means we didn't have to worry about kids disrupting other peoples meals as we stayed inside! “3rd May 2024 We oreded food from Dosawala. Don't go by the name... you get more tasty dishes than just dosas. Every week a different restaurant to order.... is our motto. We orderd Chicken Noodles, Chicken Lolipop, Chicken Chilli, Paneer Chilli and Chicken Biryani. Good tasty food at a resasonable price. Arruved on time, no delays, food was tasty... that that normal biryani was delivered in place of tikka biryani that we orded.”

“Oranos Restaurant Review I have been to this restaurant several times previously. Only once by my own choosing the rest of the visits resulted from friendly invites. Sadly every time I was disappointed with the food quality. And again, I was invited by my family to visit the restaurant on Sunday 13th. Although the restaurant was modestly busy it did look like the ambiance had gone down somewhat which was very noticeable. Tired tables and decor. Glasses and jugs unwashed on the bar and so on. This time when I read the menu I noticed (unlike before) it was divided between Pakistani and Afghani dishes. Previously I only ate Pakistani dishes and the results were always disappointing. So now I had decided to eat something unexpected and different. Because it was an Afghan restaurant that was the obvious choice. Anyway, my latest experience was amazing. I ate the Afghani food, it was like an enlightening moment. The food was excellent and plentiful. Each dish had its own unique Afghani flavour and quality. The nans were massive, a little tough but enjoyable. We all throughly enjoyed our experiences and took home what little food was left. I would certainly recommend the afghani food in this place and stay away from the poorly cooked Pakistani food. I am hoping to visit this place again very soon.”
