The staff were very supportive and helpful to me and when I asked for a stress ball, one of the staff appeared from their other duties and very kindly held my hand throughout. This service is extremely reasonable in price and something I would’ve had to wait 6-12 months for on the NHS. Spencer was extremely professional and very clear and methodical in his examination and as a result, my wife to be and I can now properly look forward to and enjoy our wedding and honeymoon. “I have wanted Botox for years. I always knew I would only choose Katie from KH aesthetics (I just needed to pluck up the courage!) There is no one else I would trust with my face. The procedure itself was quick and painless. Side effects were explained to me, which I felt manageable and supported with. The aftercare was incredible. Nurse Katie made herself available to me day or night, if I needed to discuss my treatment or any side effects with her (I didn’t need to contact afteral, but it made me feel reassured and supported knowing she was reachable if needed). KH Aesthetics offered an inclusive 14day follow up review, which I accepted. Nurse Katie recommended I have a very small amount of Botox at my initial appointment to see how I got along with it; managing the subtle changes in my appearance Vs managing my anxiety. This was exactly what was right for me, on an individual basis. So glad she chose this for me! At my review appointment Nurse Katie topped me up in some areas where we both felt I could benefit for maximum results- now I knew what to expect. The final results are fantastic. Exactly what I wished for- a natural look. I am absolutely THRILLED with my first Botox session & the overall excellent service. I feel the price I paid was great value for money, considering the expertise KH Aesthetics offers in this area. Competitively priced treatments which are worth every penny. Katie makes you feel valued. I can’t thank her enough. My only regret is that I didn’t do this years ago!
