“I couldn't see my normal GP and was sent to an out of hours one at this local center. I was very impressed with the calm and patience the doctor I saw had, and their care. Everyone from the staff at the reception, the nurse and the GP was very nice, polite and empathetic, nothing felt rushed, I felt listened to and they made me feel at ease! The layout may need a bit of TLC, but to me the staff and overall experience mattered the most. Thank you to everyone who works there!”
