“I should have done this review when I recieved my beautiful sofa back in June. However we had just moved in and time has run away with us. We were approached by a lovely lady called Mary, she was so helpful and informative. She made us feel welcome, made us coffee, sat down with all the samples. She was patient with me as it was taking me along time to pick a colour. The time that took the longest was the little machines they had to use kept stopping and she had to all the details over again. Anyway the delivery time was 12 weeks but I think it turned up a little earlier. We have communication all the way. It was a heavy sofa and it was up 2 flights of stairs. I was a bit miffed that my partner had to help as one delivery man refused to get out the van let alone lift it. I felt sorry for his colleague. But apart from that we had good service. And I absolutely love my Italian made sofa!”

Our sofa arrived today, a bit longer than stated, but the drama in the Suez Canal slowed down shipping containers coming to Europe. Fabb staff kept us updated. The delivery drivers were excellent, friendly, helpful, polite and very efficient and neat. They built everything and took away all packaging, leaving us with our eagerly awaited sofa. Fabb Furniture have not disappointed us. Well done.”

I received samples the next day to check at home. They collected the chair and delivered it back 2 days later. It looks good! Highly recommend them.”
