“My closest Neptune store is Winchester, but I happily drive an extra 20 minutes to visit this one because the staff are amazing! There are two wonderful women (a brunette and a redhead—unfortunately, I didn’t catch their names) who went above and beyond to help me transform a challenging, long-shaped living room in my new build into a warm and cozy space. They guided me in choosing the perfect colors, accessories, and furniture placement to create zones and add warmth. The difference is incredible! Of course, I also picked up some beautiful Neptune pieces—the quality and craftsmanship are second to none. This is one of the only furniture brands that truly lives up to its promise: providing the best, most sustainable furniture that lasts a lifetime. The service at this store makes it well worth the extra drive—highly recommend!”

“Few weeks ago I visited the Denlum store in Slough (Bath Road) and had a wonderful shopping experience. I bought a living room rug, some flowers and vase, and cutlery. The quality of the products is excellent, and the staff were extremely helpful. The rug I chose was quite heavy, and when I just gestured for help, a staff member (boy) immediately stopped what he was doing and assisted me—this made the process so easy. Later, while looking for serving platters and trays, another staff member provided me with full assistance. At the counters, I was served by a lady named Khadija, who was very kind and professional. I was genuinely impressed by the staff’s attitude and helpfulness. It made my shopping experience very pleasant. Highly recommend this store.”

“Love this branch. It's always bright and tidy. Staff are super friendly and helpful. They have a big range of products and so can normally find what you are looking for. Cafe is brilliant if youve never been in as they do breakfast, lunch and snacks at a really good price. Cakes are yummy and again they don't rip you off, its really well priced especially for the quality of the products that you get, so yes I mean you not paying much but the food/drinks which are a at a great quailty, you'll walk away thinking how do they make any money, just shows lots of places rip you off for F&B, not here thou.”

“Went here to get a lampshade for a newly decorated bedroom. The range of lighting was impressive so was very successful in getting the lampshade i needed. I also looked at the home decorated range that was also very impressive had an amazing colour pallette of accessories. They already had Christmas decorations in a brilliant display. Staff were courteous too.”
