Dishes we opted for included Nilgri lamb chops, tandoori mixed grill and Bengal Bream - all were excellent, and went down well with a pint of Cobra beer! “We chose the angel to hold the wake yesterday, for the loss of our mother. We honestly couldn't have asked for more and are so happy we went here. Andy is an absolutely lovely, welcoming guy who was so intent to do whatever we wanted and made us feel so 'looked after'. The food was incredible and atmosphere of the function room and the bar are warm cozy. We aim to return for drinks by the fire and roasts on some Sundays! Thank you team much appreciated x”

“Had a flyer through my door with great photo's of their Thai food, so I thought I would try them. I thought my Thai Green curry was pretty good but after having one from their menu I was amazed ! it was stunning, so good I went back the following week and then also with the girlfriend and then the following weekend with 2 friends, we were all very very impressed with the superb menu stunning food and great service, give them a try you will not be disappointed. The food was fresh and came out quickly, but what really made the visit stand out was the host Darren. He was friendly from the moment I walked in and genuinely made the whole experience feel welcoming. Little things like checking in, making sure everything was alright and just being easy to talk to made a big difference. You can tell he actually enjoys what he does. “A great marker is the pub dog and the cross keys has the beautiful and calm blue and very friendly boy. We only popped in for a couple of drinks, however sitting in the cozy bar next to the kitchen, the smells and sights coming out soon had our tummies rumbling, so a pint of Level head, one of the cheapest I've had and a dry white was accompanied by a delicious battered fish and chips. Landlord while rushed off his feet had time to chat along with friendly locals. If nothing go for a level head and a chat and a pat with Blue”

“The Kobeda Palence has wide range of tasty dishes available. Is is a moderatly big restraint wich is quite airy and spacious. This restraint has some unique style high backed chairs and tables. (See photoes). There is also a A.T.M machine within this restrant. There is a take-away bar here as well as plenty of indoor seating available. The food quality is Amazing and delicious, and I would come again. Kobeda Palace is located on Oxford Road, Reading, and is only a minute wald from Tesco Extra.”
