“We had damp appear and rather than wait months for our local dealer we used Berkshire Caravan repairs on a recommendation. We were booked in quickly and they did a thorough check of everything. We had a full service and re-seal of all the joints as they had split. No major damage with the damp area in question, just need to keep an eye on the area. Caravan was collected 2 weeks later, all good to go. Very professional company, no rip off charges, friendly and very honest. Pointed out a few other issues that our local dealer had failed to do. Thanks to Chris we now have a new tank, which was fitted very quickly. He was pleasant, professional, clean and tidy. He told me what needed doing and why. He even got in touch the next day to ensure that I was happy, before sending the invoice. I will be using Walterworks again and recommending him to friends. I am already considering him for a kitchen installation!!”

Took RAC 5 hours to come out to me - on my own no lights nothing and no street lights - since rejoined the AA. Called them the next morning and they said get the recovery lorry to bring it over and they replaced the battery within a day and a half plus diagnostic checks.
