We got the crispy aromatic duck pancakes, sweet and sour chicken balls, crispy shredded beef, special fried rice, noodles and salt and pepper chips. Everything was hot, fresh and tasted incredible! “The best afternoon tea I've had! All the food is freshly made, we couldn't quite finish all of it so they kindly gave us takeaway boxes. The venue itself was so tastefully decorated for Christmas to get you in the festive spirit. The service was exemplary, the staff were so attentive to us serving us 3 pots of tea each! Finally, the entertainment was the cherry on top. It's such great value at under £30 each, we will definitely be coming back!”

“Stayed for the night following a friend's birthday celebration. Warm welcome on check in and everything explained regarding breakfast and checking out. Beautiful large room for 2 of us to share, everything you could need to make a comfortable stay. Bathroom with a large walk in shower, looked fairly new and sparkling clean. Comfy beds and a fabulous breakfast in the morning. Perfectly poached eggs. The evening meal was lovely everyone was impressed with their choices and portion sizes were fabulous for the price. Staff were happy to add a candle to our friend's desert for us. Definitely would recommend and would stay again if in the area.”

The service was very good and our food was delicious. My arranchini starter was one of the best I've had. We have already decided to return and try the tasting menu next time.”

We had a large group (15) with two infants, and 3 children under 12 and they were able to take care of all of us and bring my wife's cake out at the right time. We have eaten there multiple times and always enjoyed the food and I think they remember us because they likely don't have the same American faces come in so often. “We all really enjoyed our meals, a very cheery server. Our food was bought quickly and was universally enjoyed. There were a few minor niggles, such as no coffee available due to faulty machine (these things happen) but not enough to spoil our enjoyment.”
