“A favourite pub for the Morris Dancing community. Great setting, beautiful old "real pub" with a fine range of real ales. The staff are lovely and the regulars, of which there are several, very welcoming. Given its popularity, on street parking can be challenging but well worth the effort.”

“Came across these guys by chance and loved everything about this place SO much, that I cancelled our reservation we had elsewhere the following evening, and we brought our friends here instead!! The service and the food is incredible! “Stopped here for a pint a couple of times... Great pub garden, lots of seating and nicely set out. Tables and sunshades are plentiful, and there are big and small tables, private areas and loads of character. Drinks are tasty and reasonably priced. Also plenty of parking and food looked delicious!”

The food arrived quickly, hot and delicious, reflecting the precision and coordination of a well-oiled team. “Best food 'takeout' I have personally tried. True authentic Italian food - decided to try the menu items (only had the 10/10 Pizza previously) and it didn't disappoint. Absolutely great meal and good value. These guys need a full restaurant with seating! Glass of vino and a three course meal with them would be great.”

“My wife and I feel like we’ve grown up with Heaven’s Kitchen. They now have a few branches but this is the original location. It opened just after we moved to the area. As we were refurbishing our house at the time and had a long time without a kitchen, we had to eat out lot during that time. So, we got to know the staff well In those early days, the weakness was consistency as they seemed to go through quite a few chefs. Still, we loved the bruschetta and mushroom risotto, which sadly aren’t on the menu any more Yesterday, we came back after not coming for awhile. Service was a bit slow but very friendly - there were just 2 staff working flat out. The food was really tasty. Bone marrow, seafood linguine and ribeye steak were all wolfed down Great to see HK flourishing”

“Great pub, one of my favourites. Even though we have to drive past 10 pubs to get there we call it our local. No food cooked here but have different food trucks roll up pretty much every weekend which dish out some great food which you can eat inside. Some of the best variety of beers ive come across. Open fire, staff are so friendly and welcoming, locals friendly. Board games next to the bar. Just a perfect little gem of a pub. Wish we lived walking distance :)”
