The vehicle was collected from my work address, communication from staff through the process was excellent with updates. The vehicle has been repaired to a high standard. Bumper replaced with genuine parts and not repaired. The vehicle was then delivered back to my work address and it was clean. Even the extra details of the plastic sheeting on the seat and paper on the footwear goes to show Alton are very considerate and respectful of customers cars. The delivery/collection driver was a nice chap to deal with too (unsure of name) but a credit to the company. Highly recommend. Many thanks 8079”

“My car was making some v worrying clunking noises over the weekend; I knew something was badly wrong! My regular garage was booked up Monday (though they had kindly offered to look at it in their lunch break) so I tried MT and they fitted me in straight away. Drive shaft had snapped in half! (4wd so had managed to drive there on the rear wheels). They showed me the damage, ordered the part and fitted it all within a couple of hours. Brilliant service and so reassuring that I can now use my car again this week. I'd recommend these guys for efficiency, communication and service. Thank you!”

They chased issues up with the insurance company and kept me updated regularly on repair status. Communication was excellent throughout from the ladies who phoned with regular updates and the guys who were doing the repairs and had queries. They even sorted out a different courtesy car with a bigger boot to hold a wheelchair when I requested this. Upon collection I was shown around the car and asked to check it was up to standard and it was. Can't thank them enough and would use them again if needed.”
