I have a chronic health condition which over the last few years has completed flattened my spirit which is why I wanted to experience reiki. During the session, I could feel such intense warmth from Karen’s energy, I also felt floaty, and I wanted to fall asleep but I was stopping myself so I could enjoy all I was feeling. At one point I felt like I wanted to laugh just because I couldn’t believe how I was feeling and that I was actually FEELING the energy. I can’t wait to book again. When I arrived I felt so welcomed by Karen, her home is so cosy and welcoming. I am a super anxious socially awkward person - but I felt at complete ease. She makes you feel completed comforted so you can take your time and do what you need to do to be comfortable, even things like offering for me to sit down if I needed to put my shoes back on before I left… without that prompt I would have just struggled standing up lol! I called evolution explained my situation and even though I was not registered with them I was told to bring him straight in. (Other vets have not been so kind). The staff were all incredibly friendly, showed empathy and got my old boy sorted. ( he's 17 yrs and 7 months old). I honestly can't recommend this vets highly enough. The reception staff are so lovely and have been really kind and helpful and accommodating. The driver in our household passed away recently and the reception staff have been really helpful in changing appointments. Today I took one of the cats in for a weight check and he was very anxious and had soiled himself while I was trying to get an uber home. The ladies on reception gave me cleaning supplies, a puppy pad and let me use a room to clean him AND booked me a taxi. I cannot reccomend this vet practice enough and im very thankful!”

“I have been receiving spinal pain relief injections for 18 years at Bassetlaw Hospital These gave relief for at the most 8 weeks. Due to the NHS backlog I was sent to OPM 3 years ago. I had a couple of injections then was offered Bilateral RF ablation which changed my life. After being in severe pain for so many years it was life changing to be pain free. I cannot recommend OPM highly enough for their care. My only regret now is that they have not been asked to continue this service on the NHS which leaves me back in the never ending queue at the hospital for an injection which does not work. Hopefully NHS will use OPM soon so I can once again receive their excellent care”
