“I've been to this shop often and noticed Staff and management never come across very friendly and happy don't smile always got serious face when they take your order and bring it the tablets. My opinion when serving should be chear full towards there public at all times. But good food”

“I visited costa today to buy a coffee for my train. There was a long queue but I was served in time to board my train. I was hugely impressed by the calmness and efficiency of the single barista working there (I think she was called Natasha). She served everyone with a smile on her face and seemed completely unaffected by the busyness and the time pressure! She also recommended the lunch deal as a way to save money. Thanks so much!”

“not even ate my food or had my large ice caramel latte with extra caramel but for a saturday morning to be greeted with such a warm reception on a saturday morning by Josh it’s no surprise why he’s the manager. An absolute asset to costa and personally with the interpersonal skills i’ve witnessed today he should be in corporate. give the man a raise!”

“Costa is not somewhere I go too often, but I do come to this one at Kilner Way sometimes. Costa is a bit pricey, but I do like the drinks here. The food is nice too, quite tasty. Good for lunch or a quick snack.”

“I visit Costa at Fox Valley on a regular basis. The staff there are absolutely brilliant, they are so polite, friendly and effecient. They make the best coffee ever which is always served with a smile and to add to that they work so hard and keep the place so clean and tidy. “Opens early. Spacious. Lovely coffee. Have on two occasions visited and the cafe had no bread or teacakes to toast, that was disappointing and definitely not good business. We always check now before ordering coffee. Do like the place.”

“Call in now and again. Usually just for a drink. Has very nice hot chocolate the hubby always has tea. It wasn't busy when we visited was clean and tidy and the young lad was brushing up the floor of bits and spraying the tables between customers. Has a drive through but we sat in. Also has toilets and an outside eating area. It has recently had a re vamp. A fetching salmon pink colour and matching seats , very nice it looks too”

“Great service delivered with courtesy and a smile from Shannon and Lexi. Complete contrast to the previous privately owned cafe we tried today where everything was too much trouble. Shannon and Lexi epitomise excellent customer service. The food was good and also pretty good value for money. We haven’t been to Chesterfield before, although will be returning regularly, and will definitely visit for lunch and coffee next time in the area.. The staff here are why Costa beats Starbucks into second place every day of the week. Score out of 5 - 10 PLUS!”
