Delicious meals café in Sheffield

“i love this place. it’s less busy than other cafes like hygge or marmadukes (love their coffee, but the atmosphere isn’t particular favourable when I’ve a migraine and I’m trying to be productive in peace). their coffee is so silky and smooth aaaa, and their staff’s lovely. I particularly love the courtyard, and don’t think any other place has anything similar in town, maybe except steam yard but I’m not a fan of how busy that street gets. This reminds me of small European town, idk man really love mows it’s a bit selfish but im always gatekeeping cus its so special to me. Heard recent talk about them changing locations but I hope they still keep this one”

“Great meet up place for people looking to get out of the home and do some work. Very friendly staff, food and drinks amazing. It was quite busy but not too loud you couldn’t do any work. I couldn’t connect to WiFi but I think the problem was picnic (problem in chair not in computer) and was just as easy to tether to phone. Will be backed - booked via the reef booking app.”

“This was our first visit for my grandmother's 78th birthday. The place is so modern and clean. The staff couldn't do enough for us and was really attentive and obliging (Molly, Isobel and Monica) we really got to know the staff and we was made to feel so comfortable. There is indoor and outdoor seating which is covered over or you can sit in a sun spot. Honestly it's a place you could sit in all day, a bonus they have Free Wi-Fi. The food was unbelievable and so fresh! We all had something different and everything was top notch. Again I just want to say how attentive the staff was!”

“Coffee and cake at 10 am. Beautiful cafe, nice menu but we were there for cake. Lattes were really delicious, best I've had for a long time. My friends blueberry scone looked fabulous. I am coeliac, the only option was chocolate brownie. It was fine but I would have liked more choice.”

“Very tasty, especially the veggie samosas and veggie pakora (onion bhaji). Good value for money - eg, regular breakfast £5.99, samosa chaat £4.99. The menu is a mixture of Indian street food and traditional English dishes.”

“A great little cafe with warm friendly staff that serves yummy food and good coffee. Me an my daughter had Bakewell slice it was that tasty only left a few crumbs for you to view on photo. They even let dogs in.”

“As a regular customer at Costa Coffee I find that Costa Coffee is consistent with their shops wherever the location, vast selection of coffees and other hot and cold drinks, hot and cold food selection, plenty of indoor seating, toilets inside the store.”

They work fast even when it’s crowded, and my drinks always come out tasting great. You can really feel the positive energy from the team, which makes each visit enjoyable. “Just had a party here for my 6 year old boy. I wasn't gonna write a review, because I don't want it to become anything other than it is at the minute by people seeing the review and flooding the place. This place is the BEST soft play I have been to, and trust me I think we have done them all in South Yorskhire and beyond. It is a really nice environment, it is laid out perfect. There is lots of variety and things that I haven't seen at other soft plays like a sledge run and a toboggan. We had a dedicated host called Ellie and she was so kind and helpful. I have been to many parties like this and I have to say this was seamless and stressfree. THANKS Ellie. The food was excellent and the party run without issue. We booked the super hero option and all guests got a mask, balloon and a slush. They also got individual cupcakes and ice cream desserts. My little man got a super hero activity book and a Cape to keep. He also got a pass to go back for free for a month. Wow!! If you want to go to an excellent soft play or somewhere for your kids party, then this is the place. It really is a hidden gem. The owners could do with publicising it better as everyone who came to our party didn't know it exist.”

“16/07/25 We arrived for our pre-booked afternoon tea today in the secret garden. Despite the initial confusion the staff were amazing and did everything possible to make us comfortable while our food was prepared. Tammy under very busy circumstances was amazing and an absolute credit to your establishment. Our afternoon tea was second to none. We will definitely be returning. Thank you”

“Had a great lunch on a busy day between Christmas and New Year. There was a queue to order, but the food came very quickly. We were just unlucky with the queue, but it soon cleared. The side portion of fries is very generous. It's dog friendly too!”
