“Amazing treatment given. I have a protruding tooth that was causing trauma to the top palate. I have suffered with this for a few years and it was made worse by clenching of the jaw in sleep and eating some foods that exacerbated it. I've spoken to two other dentist about this in the past and nothing was done, but when I mentioned it to the dentist at door, she did an examination and proceeded to treat it. Then a chat about what else could be done on the future to improve the tooth in question. There was no extra cost to the normal band fee, and I finally have no pain. Thankyou so much, this treatment has made a huge difference to me. On another note, I have a child that has an anxiety with dentist treatment, and the staff there were amazing. They were calm and gave her no pressure, but also managed to get her in the chair and check her over. Thankyou again”

“Brilliant dental practice, one of the best I have been to. I flew back into the country a week ago, managed to dislodge half my wire retainer while eating dinner on Friday evening. Called 9am Monday, receptionist was great, told me she was new and had my details and would call back. 30 minutes later I had an emergency appointment in the afternoon! The dentist Zaid was fabulous, bedside manner was excellent, talked me through every step as he was working on me. No pain at all. Went home and ate a ‘solid’ dinner a few hours later, after spending the weekend on soup!”

In particular a shout out to Mike Ainsworth, the implantologist. He has the most calm composure and is the ultimate professional and perfectionist. She took the time to understand what had caused the issue at my previous check up and explored every option of how to minimise the possibility of a recurrence. “After visiting last week with my daughter for an unsuccessful procedure we returned today to see a different dentist to which the whole procedure was a lot more pleasant and successful. I’d like to start by saying after seeing Victoria Greenwood last week my daughter came away afraid and upset to which Victoria did nothing to console or help my daughter through was what a painful process for a 7 year old, there was eye rolling and impatience throughout which left us with no results! This week however after seeing Jessica & Orla the whole thing from start to finish was fantastic, they went through every stage of the process before starting and even showed my daughter what the tools would feel like on her hand before they started to proceed, they had the patience of saints and clearly had people and children skills unlike some. When I booked this appointment I wasn’t sure who I was going to end up with but clearly after being asked when I arrived if I knew it would be them and not Victoria something had been said from Victorias side maybe that she won’t see my daughter again? Either way we’re so glad we ended up with Jessica and Orla. They really tried to put my daughter first and make her feel comfortable the whole way through rather than just sticking things in her mouth and getting annoyed when it hurt her! We will only be asking for Jessica ans Orla in future. So thank you both very much.”

“I was extremely nervous. I hadn't been to a dentist in over 12 years. I booked a one off NHS appointment here as I felt a gap in one of my teeth. My mum went in with me and they didn't question it at all. The assistant asked me if I was okay and was kind to me the whole time. I saw Abigail and it was a very quick replacement filling with nothing major, no decay or other issues) and she reassured me that it would feel strange for a while, which it did but it settled after a day or so. (Even checking it was lined correctly before I left) I will definitely go back again if I have any other issues as it is literally impossible to get a permanent dentist these days!”
