We really needed the table but instead of us taking back another one, he fitted it together for us so we didn’t have to struggle which really made our day. He's dealt with me a couple times regarding a Bluey shopping centre (Hammerbarn) and each time I received the wrong item without the tradies truck. Online services were useless and were of no help. Well today, he went above and beyond and reached out to my next local store for the correct item and got them to reserve it for me. He's an absolute asset to this store and you've made my little girl so happy. I'm very grateful. He was kind enough to gift me a 10% off voucher for my trouble which he didn't have to do but kindly did so. Thank you!”
