I have found the staff at this practice to be highly knowledgeable, professional and always helpful. I have recently needed urgent dental care, which has been dealt with very quickly and efficiently. I am very grateful for the support the clinicians and staff have provided me with as I would have been in considerable pain and discomfort without it. Personally, I would disregard the majority of the negative reviews here, as my experience has been quite the opposite.”

They were simply incredible! Both ladies paid so much attention to my son, he didn't even realise what we were there for! He just thought he was there to play! “Saw a nurse called ‘Judy or Judith’ (absolutely no offence meant) and what a knowledgable, kind, thorough, understanding and empowering woman she is… she reassured me, answered all my questions in detail and made me feel listened to..I had no idea what to expect on my visit but she made me feel so cared for I wanted to say a huge thank you. The building itself was light, bright, clean and modern… nice waiting area and friendly staff, they have their own carpark which was full (although not sure where all the people were!?!?) parking was available in the street so no problem.. The whole experience from referral to being seen was seemless. Thanks guys!”

“Looking at previous reviews I feel I need to write a review to try and balance things up. I have had to visit the surgery a few times over the past couple of years and I honestly can't fault the service I've received. Yes, it's difficult to get an appointment but talking to friends and relatives this seems to be a common theme throughout GP surgeries and not just this one. I fear this is just a reflection on the NHS as a whole and not the individual surgeries. Every doctor I've seen has been patient, understanding and helpful and I've come away reassured that everything that could be done has been done. Obviously other people out there may have had bad experiences but I can honestly say that all my visits have been extremely positive.”

“An excellent Doctor’s surgery. In almost 10 years have had great experiences with the surgery and would not want to go anywhere else. Dr Page and Maureen (advanced nurse) have always been so helpful, empathic and always professional. All receptionists have always been helpful and friendly. Dr Page has been excellent with both my baby’s care and mine. He listens, is patient-focused and immediately follows through with actions from the appointment. If I phone at 8am I have usually been offered an appointment on the same day, more often not before 10am.”
