While I was sat in the dentist chair he introduced himself and fully explained everything he was going to do. I felt fully comfortable and at ease and very relaxed with what was going on. Even though this was my first visit I only have good things to say about Minto Road Dental practice Only one negativetthat I've found is there's not many places where you can park your car and that's it.”

In particular a shout out to Mike Ainsworth, the implantologist. He has the most calm composure and is the ultimate professional and perfectionist. He made me feel relaxed and reassured me every step of the way during my treatment. I now have the best smile! Thank you so much. The nursing team are to be commended too as they are so friendly and show empathy throughout. Also walking through the doors you are welcomed by the most friendliest reception and admin team. They greet you with a smile and help you to feel comfortable, and they have the best waiting room!! To top it they have a brilliant radio to listen to, this adds to the fabulous decor!! Without Jake I feel would be lost, his no-nonsense approach is exactly what I need and he personable approach to everything. I know I am not his only client, but he makes you feel like you are his only one. I still have a long way to go but I have no doubt that Jake will get me there. Mentally with what you have to go through in family cases is hard and Jake always seems to know just the right thing to say when things are hard going. After examining my teeth, told the costs and recommendations and cracked on and pulled my tooth out at my request. Thanks for helping out, awesome staff from the front door to the dentist. Recommended and will use again. I paid £170 for the service and worth every penny.”

Professional, yet so friendly, caring, and reassuring - and extremely helpful & informative. I am not a registered patient with the practice, but I do prefer to come here as a private patient for a clean-up because of this amazing service. On both occasions I have had the airflow clean, which is quite expensive, but absolutely worthwhile. My teeth have never looked or felt so good! I have moved areas and now live 30 miles away, but will still continue to come here to see Diane for a clean because of the service I've had on both previous occasions. All of the other staff are really friendly and helpful too. Marvellous!”

“Had an amazing experience with this vets! My cat was transferred here for an overnight stay, when I arrived I was heartbroken as I had just been told by our regular vet that our cat could potentially pass away, vets now were so kind to me when I arrived and gave me tissues and even time alone to cuddle my pet. They decided to do surgery on my cat and were open and honest with me the whole time about costs and risks, they even helped me sort out my insurance on my phone as I was a wreck. Thankfully the surgery went okay and they managed to pull something out that was stuck in his belly. Even my regular vet didn’t do this, instead told me he possibly has a rare condition and could pass away, if it wasn’t for this vets I dread to think what would have happened next. I just want to thank the reception staff and vets, and anyone else who was involved as he is now recovering and doing much better and for your kindness, support and sympathy as it did not go unnoticed.”
