Because of that, I have trouble proving my identity via UK IDs, as my UK IDs would show my given name(s) as "blank", and my surname would be my full name. Hence, I needed a statutory declaration to correct it with DVLA, HMRC, and any other official bodies requiring an official document for this purpose. Victoria was swift in her email correspondences and she easily understood what I needed. Very reasonably flexible with her appointment times, and it was smooth sailing throughout the actual appointment. Very easy and very gentle, very soft spoken, professional all-rounder. With all that, her fee is lower than others I found. I would acquire her service all over again.”
