I had a 17 year break after tapping as a kid and it was great to get back on the dance floor again. That was 4 years ago and I have no plans to stop. A fun, family atmosphere where you can have a laugh and make new friends. Lots of fitness classes available too which are great if you find the gym boring (like me) but still want to keep fit whilst laughing your way through!”
