The woman on the phone was polite and professional, and I was able to get it dropped off that day. Was told later on it would need a full exhaust etc fitting, and that it would be possibly done by the day after. Picked it up just now on the Tuesday and drives great, just a day later - quick and efficient service, and the guy was happy to explain the issue on the old exhaust parts to myself and a family member, really appreciated that.
