“My car broke down a few days ago, and I arranged to have it dropped off at Lidgett Garage on the Monday, being taken by my breakdown cover. The woman on the phone was polite and professional, and I was able to get it dropped off that day. Was told later on it would need a full exhaust etc fitting, and that it would be possibly done by the day after. Picked it up just now on the Tuesday and drives great, just a day later - quick and efficient service, and the guy was happy to explain the issue on the old exhaust parts to myself and a family member, really appreciated that. Will definitely use again, thank you!”

“I needed a new belt, filter and base plate for a Sebo vacuum cleaner. After looking on line at a well known parts website and putting all the bits in my virtual basket there, I thought I would have a quick look elsewhere and stumbled across this company. All parts were cheaper than the other site and were genuine Sebo! Items arrived very quickly and had the nice touch of a 'personal' email from the manager. Unfortunately I did order the wrong belt and had put a note saying which belt I needed and to make sure I had ordered the correct one. The note was not seen by the parts/packaging department but a quick email and the company ringing me back ensured the correct one was posted out that day with free next day p&p. The vacuum cleaner is now fixed and works better than ever for a much cheaper price than the other company I used to use. I would use again and most definitely recommend, many thanks.”
