Sam was also great getting everything booked in for me, she was also very lovely to deal with. After having a look at the damage he told me his plan of action and gave me an estimated time frame for the work. It was very convenient that he was able to do the work at my house and it was ready to drive the same day. He did a great job and was very reasonably priced compared to other businesses in the area. Antony turned up on time and a very professional job completed in a timely manner. Area left clean and tidy and all rubbish etc taken. “Ian is absolutely brilliant! My laptop suddenly ran into a "blue screen of death issue" and after spending 3 hours trying to fix it myself I knew I couldn't. I did a Google quick search and found Ian. I texted him and he responded really promptly. He kindly collected my laptop on his way home from work and asked me what was going on. I explained my problem and told him that I was desperate for the repair ASAP as I am self employed and need my laptop for work. Ian took it away and 4.5hrs later it was fixed, and once again he kindly dropped it off for me at home. Ian went absolutely above and beyond. I was greeted with a friendly, professional chat about the best way forward (new zip or repair) and chose the latter for the very reasonable price of £12.50. The boot is as good as new with such a perfect finish, you would never know it had been damaged. Will definitely use again and would highly recommend.”
