All the staff were wonderful so I will be taking him there again. I was so pleased that I took him to a friend to show him off who has dogs of her own who will be taking hers there too she couldn't believe how great he looked he definitely looked like a different dog.”

“First time pamper session for our 2 year old border collie Beau. Wanted to treat him to his own spa day ( or Spa Hour). We've just spent a fortune on a new bathroom and didn't fancy him scratching new patterns on the bath so decided to try Mucky Pups. They were friendly and courteous from start to finish, from booking on the phone to collecting our pooch. I was a bit anxious about leaving Beau but needn't have worried, when I went to collect him he was let out of his crate, tail wagging and greeting the other Spa guests. He looked and smelled lush....and his manicure was much better than I usually manage. Beau loved it so I was happy, and the price was quite reasonable too.”

“our cockapoo bella has been going to posh paws ever since her first puppy trim (she is 3 this year) she is not the easiest to groom and can be growly at times but she always come back looking and smelling fantastic and i honestly would not ever take her anywhere else as the girls here are amazing xx”

“Dunston Lodge were great. I had to find a short term stay for my dog at the last minute due to a funeral. Richard and his team were able to fit my dog in and were incredibly reassuring throughout the process as it was my dogs first time staying. He showed me the kennels and areas my dog would be staying and outlined the daily routines. My dog came back pampered, healthy and happy. Lovely spot and I'll visit again!”

Fast forward a few months and we went to view a litter of 11 day old pups to pick our dream dog. We’ve left Dexter with family when we’ve been away before and always felt slightly anxious about whether he’d be bored (naughty), sad or eating something he shouldn’t be. We left him with Sally and Mark for a week and didn’t worry about him once. She provides regular updates and photos, lots of attention and walks. When he came home he was absolutely exhausted from making so many new friends! You can tell how much they both truly love dogs and I couldn’t recommend them more highly. All 3 of us (dog and parents!) can’t wait until he can next visit Auntie Sally again.”
