The people that have left reviews are obviously those that use the service as a half way house and take advantage of the service on offer. “Helpful staff and always been able to get an appointment when needed, even if it's routine. The new online triage system is really helpful if you can't call due to work etc. Sadly, patients need to be more accepting of GP's limitations now. We are playing into the government's hands by blaming GP surgeries for lack of appointments!”
