They communicated well, and offered flexible payments for my housemates. The houses were in good condition, too. Good value for money. They knew us by name and were always pleasant, and when looking for a new place they knew the style of house we were looking for based on our previous one and delivered. When we deemed the sofas and one of the beds in the new place were in a poor condition they coordinated with the property owner and had them replaced within a few days with nice ones.
