The lock he fitted for us was certainly not from the cheaper end of the market (big, solid, brass keys), and I was surprised at the low cost (although I said nothing at the time!!). “My front upvc door mechanism failed. I know nothing about this sort of thing and after being let down by two locksmiths and another quoting me over £300 i thought i'd have a go myself. So i dismantled it all (8 screws), found this store online and visited them taking all the bits with me.
