“Lovely, independent tea room and village store. I have walked past it before on my walk from Cannon Hall, had no idea the garden gies on forever. Friendly, helpful staff, great selection on the menu. Had a toasted fruit teacake and the cafetiere coffee was very tasty and had not had that brand before. Lovely garden area and view, very relaxing. Outside selection of outdoor/indoor plants for sale, a vine that loves it's home! At the bottom of the garden a selection of local and non local fruit & veg, the quality was 1st class and great to see where they come from. 1st class customer service, tea room, village store, garden, food and prices. Would highly recommend.”

“I have been a big fan of Glass Onion for a while now (half of my clothing is from there). Generally great vibes, love when companies push for more environmentally friendly ways of consumerism. But the reason I wanted to write this review is because of the excellent costumer service provided my Sam. I have been looking for a baggy leather jacket for ages and for about a year I did't find anything that fit me quite right. When Sam heard this he was helping me find one, and he went above and beyond and had a look at the back and picked out a couple out for me and found me the perfect one. “My front upvc door mechanism failed. I know nothing about this sort of thing and after being let down by two locksmiths and another quoting me over £300 i thought i'd have a go myself. So i dismantled it all (8 screws), found this store online and visited them taking all the bits with me. They replaced the broken part for me and within 30 mins my front door was working perfectly again. Amazing service and I totally reccomend them and will use them again. Very happy. :)”

“Personal favourite! Always a delight to visit any of their branches. Reasonably priced coffees and plenty of seasonal deals and loyalty bonuses if you sign up to their mailing list. Food is excellent everytime I've been and the staff are super helpful and friendly no matter how busy it is! Seating areas are really cool (especially the booths at fit Fitzalan Square) and there's board games to play! No better place for a coffee in Sheffield! Looking forward to trying their new Leeds branch, but I know it will be fantastic!”

“Matt was very professional whilst dealing with the customer in front of me but maintained an overview of the shop to ensure I wasn’t waiting too long and apologised whilst he summoned another staff member. He was friendly and approachable. I was served by another staff member (didn’t get his name, sorry) who was equally as friendly and helpful. I observed a number of other customers come into the store and found a few quite abrupt/rude with the staff - good to see lots of patience from behind the counter. Will use this branch again. 5 stars.”
