“Purchased Black Project Surge Paddle and received great friendly knowledgeable & customer service.Excellent communications throughout both by seller - from initial enquiry with Tony and through to delivery by carrier, which was was made within service time.The paddle was well packed in bubblewrap in sturdy cardboard carton. One slight glitch..the handle was incorrect size ,however this was sorted quickly /easily by Robert with swap for correct made within a coupla days.(was the weekend). Assembly of handle straightforward -helpful to have stick of extra strength hot glue supplied free by seller for this. Very pleased all round with new paddle quality, design, weight etc and looking forward to getting it in the water.”

“Went to this shop to look at getting a new bike for myself, after having my left ACL reconstructed and was told cycling will help with recovery (plus help with fitness). We spoke to a member of staff there (sorry I think his name was Matt!), and had amazing service. He was patient, as I am a newbie cyclist, answered all my questions, helped me decide what was best for myself, and was very relaxed. I was undecided on a normal mountain bike or an electric bike due to my lack of confidence in my abilities due to being a novice and my knee surgery, but after taking his advice and getting the electric bike I am glad I listened to him. I actually enjoyed my first ride with the other half and son, (who are both avid bike riders) and the electric bike allowed me to get movement in my knee without too much pressure and I kept up with the family. Thank you so much, will definitely be back I am sure!”

“Absolutely love this place. It's my go to open water/winter swimming venue. Last week I got to swim with tiny ducklings. The water is fairly clear, I've never thought I don't want to get in. The changing facilities are good, it is open plan changing - no cubicles. There are also warm showers and a shop which sells coffee tea etc. As a member of the Swanwick Seals, I have been able to use the sauna facility over winter which is amazing. Highly recommend this place for swimming. I do not dive so can not give a review in that respect. However, it seems incredibly popular with the diving community. There are always divers getting ready to get in as we swimmers get out.”

“Place was a zoo! we went during the last week before school at 11a.m. it was packed. However when we finally got an assistant she was awesome. Could pick right size for kids just by looking at them. They insisted on trying on everything but she was never wrong and very patient. Super efficient so once we got started the process was quick and painless. Shop was way too small at this time of the year but the service was brilliant.”
