“An excellent experience with the Eastleigh Swan Centre branch. I collected my watch after making an online order. It was quickly and efficiently sized by Suzanne. Alas, there was a problem with the watch. This was an issue with the manufacturer’s quality control and in no way linked to Ernest Jones. I revisited the branch and I was very ably assisted by Hayley. She went out of her way to support me with resolving the issue. I was also supported by Suzanne. My experience of customer service was first class. Both staff members were courteous and efficient. I would recommend this branch for it’s very high level of customer service.”

“Blue Butterfly Dance Studios have been the perfect choice for my daughter. What began (for us) 4 years ago as a weekly dance class in the first lockdown, has become her home from home and she's even roped mum and dad in, too! All of the classes are fun and friendly, but also carefully planned and delivered which is evident in the astonishingly professional quality of the shows performed several times a year in local theatres.
