“Great staff,. I broke down beside a petrol pump,staff were so kind and helpful, made me a cup of tea, offered me water, offered to help push my car. The man on shift very helpful and friendly, took all my steps away. Highly recommend this service and staff.”

After trying on four different pairs quickly I was able to purchase and now own a wonderfully comfortable pair of shoes.”

“This store is quite new in the town. It is cheap and cheerful but quality isn't all that bad to be fair. Kids school polos are fairly decent and at £2.50 for two are almost throwaway items but seem to wash well. Manager very helpful also.”

“Well most of the customer will take the time to leave a review when they had a negative experience. A few days ago, I had an amazing experience at the store in the Swan centre in Eastleigh. I went to see if they had some Halloween costumes for my boys, which they had. Then, at the till, they have their new self check out till. Although it meant to be used by yourself but the lady behind the counter was much more efficient than me. Plus, I didn't have my H&M membership card and being with two young boys, I needed to go out quickly before they make a scene. She very kindly and very quickly find my membership number, check for vouchers and had everything done in less than a few minutes. I pay for my items with some great discount and left the shop very happy. Amazing shopping experience. However, I can't thank her properly as there is no name on the receipt. Anyway, thank you for your time and your help.”

“I frequent CEX wherever I go. I trade in with them and buy relatively often because of it. In recent years i’ve become more disaffected with CEX because the service and selection has decreased in quality. The staff here were different. They were very helpful. And their PS2 selection was remarkable! a pleasant experience.”

“Excellent eye tester, and the young girl was very helpful, spent £1100. More than I wanted too but happy I did as the girls were very professional. Definitely a couple of steps above specsavers. Payed extra for the full eye scan and now know for sure my eyes are healthy. Highly recommended”

“This is my favourite coffee shop. The staff are always super friendly, chatty, helpful and make your order just right, even with annoying adjustment requests (hot chocolate not too hot, boba bubble drink with no boba bubbles). It’s also easy to access with disabled or regular parking. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Karen and Lily are lovely people and are often the highlight of my day out doing errands and getting a drink or snack in between . Thank you!”
