“I recently had a gun that I had purchased elsewhere, altered so that it fits correctly. John took time to ensure the stock measurements were perfect and then also oiled the stock to a perfect finish. The gun is now perfect. I also purchased a second gun from an online auction and John took delivery of it as my nominated firearms dealer. When it arrived we unwrapped the packaging together and both inspected the gun. He's now altering that stock too. John provides an excellent service, he's a craftsman and real gentleman. His pricing is very reasonable for the expertise and service he provides. I would offer 6 stars if google would let me!”

“Well I have just been to Trespass at Trentham to return an item I bought online. I must say the customer service was brilliant the young lady sorted my refund whilst a very knowledgeable gentleman provided me with everything I needed to know about keeping warm and dry in very low temperatures. It also said 60% off so bagged myself several bargains at the same time. I must admit when it says 60% off you don’t generally get great bargains but this was a genuine sale unlike several other stores whose sales were not half as good as the ones in this store. It isn’t often that I am able to say I have received excellent customer service but today I can so feel they deserved a mention to show my appreciation. “Next at Queens in Stafford is a shop for everyone. I am able bodied but have noticed the shop caters for people with all disabilities. There is a lift, an esculater, and a staircase. It's easy to navigate around the store and have personally found the staff very helpful and always approachable. There is plenty of parking and does have the added facility of a Costa where again the staff are very helpful so a win win all round.”

“I was looking for a Pokémon backpack for my grandson's birthday. A Google search showed they sold them here at Wynsors. I checked stock here at the Crewe store and reserved the item. I then rang the store to double check. Donna, the lady who answered the phone was brilliant. She confirmed there was just ONE left and put it behind the checkout for me so that it would tie up with my online reservation when it came through. When I got to store later Donna was there at the checkout with a wonderful smile holding the Pokémon backpack aloft with all my reservation details on her pad. This is what proper quality customer service is like. Donna is a bubbly, happy and very experienced retail professional. The Wynsors business plus the regional and store management teams should all be very proud of her, their store and the very, very high product and service offering provided. At 4pm today my grandson will be beaming from ear-to-ear and that will be thanks in no small part to Donna from the Wynsors store in Crewe - take a bow Donna, you're a Superstar ⭐️”

“Great shopping as usual in £land. Check your prices though before adding to your trolley. Everything is not £1. Still value for money though. One member of staff was rude to myself and another customer this time because there wasn't a price on the item of clothing we wanted to purchase and told us to go and get one with a price as she couldn't leave the till area we both had the last item though and she couldn't be bothered to type the code in off the item so we had to wait. Also there was supposed to be 10% knocked off my item and we asked someone to do this and she just scanned the label that was on the item and didn't knock it off.”
