Staff are very friendly and always cater to individual needs. Rooms are great with lots of space and nice interior designs. Any problems with room maintenance are always solved quickly. I've thoroughly enjoyed living in Carlton for a year and look forward to another year there. “I both lived for two years and worked for one year at Q studios during my time as a student. My accommodation was one of the standard rooms on the fourth floor and I loved it. Having lived at Clarice Cliff Court prior (before the recent renovations) it was nice to have my own new kitchen space and internal facilities such as the wash room, gym and skips. No more walking out in the rain to take out the rubbish or do laundry! The common room was a fun feature that I enjoyed regularly booking to host friends before nights out or to celebrate birthdays. Both student ambassador and management staff were always helpful, attentive and patient and I remember both my time working and living there fondly. The building manager Tina Cotton is a marvel and always made everyone feel heard and appreciated and always strove to go the extra mile to make sure everyone felt included and celebrated year round. If you’re looking for a place to live in Stoke I can’t think of a better place to stay then Q!”
