“Great accommodation, all of the rooms are studios and it is great to be able to live next door to my friends, but to be able to contain our messes to our own kitchen/living space. Definitely would recommend the rooms and it's very modern and well priced for what your are getting. The building manager Phil, is a lovely person and is always happy to help whenever it is needed, which is great for when you have just moved out of your family home for the first time.”

Such a warm welcome on arrival, including homemade cakes and a tour to show us the ropes. Our stay covered Halloween and such a surprise when we returned that evening with our children, the barn had been decorated beautifully, such a lovely touch, and we were given sparklers on bonfire night. Really cosy, all the amenities, brilliantly equipped kitchen, fab utility room. I worked from here for 3 weeks, conference calls via laptop all worked great. 5 mins drive to Leek town centre. Could not ask for more and have recommended to several people already. Thank you so much to the hosts.”

“I have been regularly staying at this block of apartments since August 2022 due to long-term work commitments in the area. The apartments are consistently of a high standard—always clean, tidy, comfortable and spacious. The owners are friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any needs. Most of the apartments offer off-road parking at the rear of the property. For the one without, free overnight parking is typically available on the street between 6:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Additionally, the nearby Tesco supermarket provides three hours of free parking, with paid options for extended stays. The location is excellent—just a short walk from Stafford town center and directly across the road from a large Tesco supermarket. Stafford train station is also conveniently located within a five-minute walk. This is an outstanding place to stay, whether you’re visiting Stafford for leisure or working in the area.”

Alex was super helpful in finding me the perfect place (despite not having anything when I first enquired), Terry who showed me round was super professional and just let me get on with it, not applying any pressure, and Caroline was responsive and efficient in handling all of the paperwork. I can’t speak of what they are like as property managers as in my case they were only acting as agents, but I can’t rate them highly enough as lettings agents.”
