Such a warm welcome on arrival, including homemade cakes and a tour to show us the ropes. Our stay covered Halloween and such a surprise when we returned that evening with our children, the barn had been decorated beautifully, such a lovely touch, and we were given sparklers on bonfire night. Really cosy, all the amenities, brilliantly equipped kitchen, fab utility room. I worked from here for 3 weeks, conference calls via laptop all worked great. 5 mins drive to Leek town centre. Could not ask for more and have recommended to several people already. Thank you so much to the hosts.”

“In April 2024 we decided to sell our lovely home and follow our dream of retiring somewhere more rural. We approached three local estate agents to visit the house and chose Josh from Royal Fox. Right from our first meeting he was enthusiastic, positive and loved the house. Who better to sell it for us? The marketing was fabulous and really showcased our house with some lovely photos. “I have been regularly staying at this block of apartments since August 2022 due to long-term work commitments in the area. The apartments are consistently of a high standard—always clean, tidy, comfortable and spacious. The owners are friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any needs. Most of the apartments offer off-road parking at the rear of the property. For the one without, free overnight parking is typically available on the street between 6:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Additionally, the nearby Tesco supermarket provides three hours of free parking, with paid options for extended stays. The location is excellent—just a short walk from Stafford town center and directly across the road from a large Tesco supermarket. Stafford train station is also conveniently located within a five-minute walk. This is an outstanding place to stay, whether you’re visiting Stafford for leisure or working in the area.”
