“The team at Estar Stoke are genuinely amazing people. I called Estar several weeks ago to try to arrange a last minute service for an ambulance destined for Ukraine. As a paramedic, I had raised charitable funding to purchase the vehicle and drive it to the region, delivering equipment to hospitals, rescue units and troops, but to get it there we needed to make sure the vehicle would survive the trip across Europe. I spoke to Charlotte at Estar and together with her colleagues she had the vehicle fully serviced within 24 hours of our first phone call, as well as giving us an amazing discount on all the work. The ambulance never let us down over 4000km of continuous driving, and I genuinely believe that it was due to the hard work of the staff at Estar. “Myself and my son were driving down from Fife in Scotland to Alton towers but my car broke down before we arrived. Luckily I had a hotel booked for the night but I then started to panic about getting someone to fix my car. I was given a few mobile numbers, the first number I called I reached Rob and from the very first phone call he went above and beyond to help me out. I never thought for one minute he’d be able to do anything that day but he collected my car 2 hours later. He was able to diagnose what was wrong with my car from just the short drive to the garage. The gearbox was broken. It was looking like it was going to be a very pricey job but he searched and searched to find a second gearbox that wasn’t going to cost an arm and a leg. Rob and his team collected the gearbox and fitted it the same day. Apart from checking for leaks he was able to get me back on the road in just 3 days. To my astonishment it cost half the price we originally thought it was going to cost which made this nightmare all the more bearable! I can’t thank Rob and his team enough for making this happen. If I could give him more stars I would because he gave this job 110%. I would highly recommend anybody in the stafford area to use TRT when needing their car looked at or repaired because you won’t find a better service out there Thank you Rob, you were my knight in dirty coveralls!”

“Sustained a small dent on the front of my Mazda MX5 ND most likely from a trolley at a supermarket car park. I originally went to the Holdcroft group body shop, they charged me £54 for a quote and used audatex to give me a very expensive quote. I sought the help of Jack and his colleagues at M&M who happened to be Mazda approved. They were able to give me a quote free of charge and carry out the necessary work for half the price I was quoted at Holdcroft. They did an outstanding job in less than the estimated time!”
