As a paramedic, I had raised charitable funding to purchase the vehicle and drive it to the region, delivering equipment to hospitals, rescue units and troops, but to get it there we needed to make sure the vehicle would survive the trip across Europe. I spoke to Charlotte at Estar and together with her colleagues she had the vehicle fully serviced within 24 hours of our first phone call, as well as giving us an amazing discount on all the work. The ambulance never let us down over 4000km of continuous driving, and I genuinely believe that it was due to the hard work of the staff at Estar. Well done guys, we really appreciate what you did for us and the people of Ukraine. They were fantastic and if I could give 10 stars out of 5 I would.”

The boot lid was dented just under the reg plate. In less than a week the damage was repaired and if you didn't know what happened to it then you wouldn't even know. The work done is excellent and done to a very high standard. Each member of staff I've spoken to on the phone and the person who collected my car to complete the work have all been very friendly and knowledgeable. I was updated at every stage of the process. If it wasn't for the accident then I wouldn't have come across KC Autos but I'll definitely be considering them first should I ever need work doing to my car. Highly recommend this company.
